I love this particular Dominos and I think it's because no matter what complaints I have had in the past, it was always handled and taken seriously, and rectified the mistake.
1. The parmesan bites were super oily and made me and my kids sick. They advised that they had a new way to put the oil/butter on, and apologized. They refunded me, then advised that in the future to mention not to put the so much oil. I thanked them for being nice about it.
2. Wrong order/missing item delivered- they gave me the wrong pizza order, then forgot to give me pasta. They advised that they would bring over the correct pizza and pasta. Which they brought quickly. I was also advised to keep the mistaken pizza. Sadly, everyone could eat it but me, since I had a bad allergic reaction to pineapples.
The food is always on point and consistent. I never have trouble calling them. They are always willing to help. They actually all say "Hello" (including the drivers) when I walk into the store to pick up my order (which is kinda different), which has been enjoyable. All in all. I love this Dominos.

This is the best Domino's Pizza I have ever ordered from. Pizza is delivered quickly and it's always piping hot and delicious. Delbert, Jeff, and Alex are the best delivery drivers! Highly recommend if you have ever been disappointed at another location to try this one.

I placed an order online with the convenient coupons. I got a large 3 topping pizza. Sounds great right? I know. That's why I got it. With a Dr. Pepper of course. Anyways I put in special instructions for the driver. The instructions were.. Say "I got the goods, Glenn Coco" (My name is Glenn). I wasn't sure if they really were going to do it... So I called the store to make sure. Some chill bro answered the phone and I told him my order was placed online to save him his good time. I asked if Luis was making my pizza. He assured me the 3 best people were crafting my delicious pizza. I was in fact assured. I then went on to explain to him the instructions and he had told me the instructions got cut off (Good thing I called to make sure). So I clarified the instructions and he recited the whole scenario to me clearly to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. And he explained it exactly how I imagined it happening... "As I open the door, right when the driver sees my face protrude from the doorway he will then say gracefully to me "I got the goods... Glenn Coco." I will then present him with a gracious tip to insure save travels."
Best pizza order i've ever had. 10/Pizza, Would Pizza again.

Went from a 1 star to a 5 star in the same night. Had a bad experience ordering with a gift card. They cancelled my order due to miscommunication in the kitchen. They turned around and gave me a full refund on pizza (waited almost an hour before they noticed mistake) Thank you to the manager for being so kind after.

Lots of love for Dominos, except they keep forgetting my extra sauces. I got a Cesar salad recently and ordered an extra cesar dressing (2 total) and got ONE ITALIAN and I hate italian dressing and it was the most disgusting salad ever. Almost every time I pay for a garlic dipping sauce it goes forgotten. Pizza is great but paying for sauce that I don't receive is not okay.

Iv'e tried Pizza Hut and even tried 2 times at Poppa Johns. I thought maybe it was made bad that night, but oh no it is awful bad crust and bad topping. I can't figure why anyone would eat there. I just love your had tossed pizza, for real it is great topping and seasoning. Keep it coming a real pizza in Hawaii, Domino's Bravo,

Super fast and friendly service, great pizza as well as many other menu items to choose from. If cost is a factor they are cheaper than both Papas and Pizza Hut, the quality of their ingredients are also better. Don't knowbow they do it but, they always have a customer in me

Oh man.....Another FANFREAKINGTASTIC pizza from the masters. I have tried tons of pizza places, from all over the country. People argue about what style, restaurant, or method makes the best pizza. I say Domino's makes the best....regardless of which Domino's you get it from. They never disappoint. This time, Jalen put together a perfect pie for me. It was made and tasted exactly how I wanted it. Many claim to have or know where the best place to get pizza is.... only Domino's can claim that in EVERY area they have a franchise. Awesome....thank you Jalen.

I love Domino's new specials and easy ordering online. The pizza is very flavorful and the prices are awesome!!! Delivered in less than an hour. Beretania location is on point! My family is extremely satisfied :)

This Domino's is the best. I live one block from the Keamoku Domino's but I travel here to get my pizza. I like my pizza cooked very specifically, and they get it PERFECT every time. :-) They also do not skimp on the ingredients. If Loren and Aaron are working, there is no better pizza, but it is always the best on Oahu.

Best Domino's on the island! It's inconvenient for me as a rider of Da Bus, but the pizza is worth the extra effort. Even though I get a pretty basic pie, they seem to take a lot of effort to make it the best they can.

Always a great decision to pick Domino's. Fast, friendly service. They have good deals and I love the internet ordering (I don't like phone calls) where I can pick up and pay at the store.

Online ordiering was a Super easy. Wings Super Yummy! Clean Store with seating and a television. Dropping 1 Star for size of wings. Order more than you think they are smaller than those you buy yourself or in a bar.

Order online using their app. Sometimes they have specials. We did and got the second pizza free. Easy to order and customize. Pickup now or schedule to pickup at a later time.
