The food was excellent and the price point was good. Be sure to check out the lunch specials. They're a very good deal and comes with miso soup, rice, and pickled vegetables.
Wow. I was very fortunate to have stumbled into this Japanese restaurant. I ordered the daily sashimi special and it was fresh and delicious. I'm definitely going to frequent this place. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable.
Friendly capable staff. Delicious food. I enjoyed cold beer with ShimeSaba sashimi with shaved slighted onion & sweet red pepper , fresh perfectly fried oysters with tarter sauce n a freshly prepared spider roll. Everything was excellent and staff was professional plus polite. A keeper!
Nice, clean place for $1.90 mugs of Kirin during Happy Hour. The agedashi tofu here is one of the best I've had. It's a must try! Service was great.
Authentic Japanese food. Great service with delicious food. Can't beat their price for what you order. My favorite lunch place in Waikiki. Must try if you are in Waikiki. Also, if you are resident to Hawaii you get 10% off
Amazing service and flexible with their food options. Went with two vegetarians and the server Eric made changes so they could eat what they thought they'd enjoy... and they did enjoy. Between the drinks, the food and service not one of us could complain.
Would recommend. Will be coming back before we leave the country and when we return to the country that's for sure.
Awesome sushi, stop here for some fairly authentic Japanese sushi choices. It ain’t cheap but it is a nice fresh break from the stuffy ‘uppity’ restaurants. Can be a little slow when they get busy, but, it’s a great place to just chill, eat some raw fish and catch up on text.
Good variety of menu items of popular Japanese classics. Friendly staff and comfortable dinning. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous unlike a lot of Japanese restaurants.
Came for the happy hour, stayed for the food! This place has great combos, really good fish, and very friendly staff. Wish I would have found it sooner. (Plus happy hour drinks!)
All of the poke places I have been to in California use previously frozen fish. After taking just one bite in this restaurant, I realized the difference between fresh and previously frozen. It was very delicious.

Super yummy food!! I got the spicy karaage bowl and shared the salmon sashimi. The chicken for the karaage was really juicy and the sashimi was super fresh
