Kau Kau Grill

We do a quarterly Potluck at work and the only question people will ask is who is bringing Kau Kau Grill. Order whatever you like, it'll be some of the best you've ever had. Ribs? Unbelievable. Chicken? To die for. Saimin or Mac Salad? Get ready for a fight over the last helping. Cannot say enough good things. Treat Yourself.

Was in the area for an appointment and finished right about lunchtime, so I luckily got a chance to pick up some grub from kau kau! The lady before me was picking up a phone order, so I asked what she ordered. Dynamite Furikake Salmon sounded too good to pass up, so I ordered it too! Super dooper delicious and such a large portion! The owner was sooo friendly, which seals the deal with this place! Will be back again for sure! I got lucky and found parking on the street. I recommend coming with a friend just in case, since parking can be a challenge in this industrial area.

This place is amazing and has the best meat we have found in the area. The baby back ribs are hands down one of the best things I've put in my mouth and are definitely my favorite. Get the Trust Us special with the ribs and shrimp, you will not be disappointed. Take out only and parking is a nightmare but it's worth it.

First time there. Ordered a garlic shrimp/ garlic chicken mini combo all mac salad; and BBQ ribs/pulehu ribs reg combo. Food was great! The garlic shrimp is just ok but the garlic chicken is great. BBQ ribs are fall off the bone and pulehu ribs are old style ono. More than enough for 2 meals each for us seniors. Didn’t expect to pay $48 though so deducted 1 star.

Came straight from the airport as soon as I got out. If you love meat, this is the place for you!! Huge portion of meat and very generous amount of rice. Seriously, the rice lasts for days. Ordered the K special that has bbq ribs and spicy tuna poke. My brother ordered the Lunchbox. Dad had garlic shrimp and saimin. The shrimp was delicious. I liked the bbp ribs. Tender meat fell right off the bones.
