A locally owned coffee shop in downtown Honolulu that serves excellent coffee and brewed teas with friendly baristas. The baristas greet you when you walk in and they thank you when you leave. Brue Bar is open Monday to Friday and cater mostly to the downtown crowd. The shop has a nice ambiance; warm lights, soft music playing in the background, and coffee smells. This is also a great place to "coffice" because they have a lot of tables and stools. If you happen to have a print job, HONBLUE can help you out. They share this space with Brue Bar.

What a fantastic little place!! Right in the culture center of downtown Honolulu, and such a sweet area to step out of the street and refresh yourself. The staff is friendly and the drinks are amazing!! I strongly suggest the cardomom latte! Plenty of outlets and wifi access for just chilling as well.

Cool modern Mexican joint with an outdoor terrace in the back. They seem to be working hard to make this place welcoming and enjoyable and are a part of the revitalization of downtown Honolulu. The drink and beer menu is small but what they have on there does the trick. I didn't have an entree but the starters were good.

You get what you pay for - but in the best way possible. Pricing is up there with non-chain purveyors but I have to say that this is my favorite coffee on the island.

The ladies who work here are always so helpful! I am one of those that will ask questions in everything if I dont know what it is, and they will play along with no worries. Love it! And the engineer + the foodie in me really love the machines and attention to detail that Brue has.

Nice alternative to the Starbucks across the street, has a more welcoming feel to it as it is much quieter. Less options on the menu, good coffee and also teas.

Nice local place with great coffee and service. Free wifi and restroom upstairs. Great place to get an after meal coffee after chowing down in Chinatown.

My favorite coffee spot in downtown. Best cortados in Honolulu. Nina and crew are always upbeat.

Some of the best coffee on the island. It's a little pricey but always worth it. The pastries on the other hand are usually not very good.

My go-to for great coffee. Plus, they have the best baristas, Kayla & Nina.
