Let's start with the positive. Staff are friendly, and will go out of their way to remember your names. Which is more than most of the local coffee shops will do. The people who work here are some of the nicest people on this island. It's also very exceedingly convenient.

This store has the best customer service of any of the downtown stores. The employees seem happy to be there and doing business. They are helpful and friendly. I have never had a drink made incorrectly. I often walk past other starbucks to go to this store.
Libby, the person who took my order, was attentive, sharp, quick, kind, and made a great personal connection. She is a great person to see when you’re still waking up. The other staff was quick and professional.

The Starbucks Pickup idea is a really great feature and I see it being the future. It has it's own flaws, but it works for the majority so it's still good.

Starbucks is great because of the study atmosphere at night especially, they supply electricity for your iPhones iPads, tablets, laptops, smartphones, speakers, portable chargers. No downtown Starbucks has a bathroom guys.. I sometimes wish we did to keep everyone happy but even we have to travel far to use a restroom.
