Really good ramen and service. We will return. We ordered the beef Kazan, spicy ramen and fried chicken. They were all good. The waiter service was also great. Our water was filled without having to find the sever. The spicy ramen was not too sweet spicy where your mouth becomes numb so that was good. Place was clean and the food came quickly.

Newly opened authentic Japanese Ramen joint. Still working out the kinks so service might be slow and food might ran out early. But the soup stock and the noodles were unique enough to be worth the wait. Ordered the Kazan (Volcano) Shouyu Ramen with menma (bamboo shoots, and yes that's her nickname, if it seemed familiar). And got the green tea ice cream (matcha anmitsu) to go.

This place was slammed when we walked up and the two servers were running around working their tails off. If they stopped to breathe for a second, they were still scanning the room looking for what was next. The food was also delicious. My only complaint is their check in process was lackluster - they kind of ignore you until a table frees up, and there's no sign in sheet to establish an order so you can stand out of the way. I saw a bunch of people walk away that might not have if there had been a little more organization.

Some of the best ramen I've ever had. I got the chashu ramen miso with a soft boiled egg and it was absolutely amazing, I hope I get another chance to eat here again before I leave Hawaii

This isn't the best ramen in Waikiki, but it is darn close to it. I love the spicy tonkatsu and if I lived in Waikiki, I'd eat here at least once a week.
