Wisp - Honolulu - Photo album

Kampachi was our favorite dish and cheese board but the steamed fish filet was excellent! Clams and bison burger with the fries was excellent! They have Guinness here! Parking was 5 dollars and valet only which is pricey. Street metered parking if available ♡ Definitely happy hour is the way to go♡
Inside the Wisp Restaurant is an incredible sushi bar - Senyu Sushi. The former chefs of Kona Kai have set up shop here and the omakase is pretty darn good.
yummy food, great live music, awesome staff!
We came here for our anniversary last year and it was a great spot! The vibe and atmosphere was chill, the service was great, and the food was on point! The first time I came I ordered the clams, which were quite tasty. The second time I came, I ordered the lobster which was delicious as well. Our w
I've never felt so ignored or disrespected eating at a restaurant before. Was asked several times if I had ordered(would have been solved by taking my menu the first time). Upon finishing my appetizer I was asked if I was ready to "pack it up and leave". Side item I ordered was forgotten and not bro
I came in for happy hour one day and happy hour prices are really good. $9 for their meat and cheese platter and $3 simple cocktails (like vodka sodas). I also found out they do a tasting every Thursday for $20 per person. It's an assortment of alcohol (depending on the theme) and a little pupu buf
I was invited to a Thursday evening wine tasting and fell in love with the appetizer that was featured. I spoke with one of the new owners Lani Nakamura and she was extremely personable and efficient. I'm scheduled to host a private party there and was happy to find that both John and Lani were happ
Beautiful lounge with Sushi Bar and Cocktail Bar. There is a great dance floor with Dj's on the weekends, very cozy not club-like at all. Great booths and tables- make a reservation so you can keep your table all night! Food is delicious as well!
I recently booked Wisp Hawaii for my college graduation party. Although our party was fairly large, Jon made sure to accommodate all of our needs prior to the event. Our party filled the whole dining area of the main room. During the party, the service was great. There was two servers plus Jon. They
Great happy hour, 7 days a week 4-7pm. Saturday night is 80s night, great people watching. And they have events such as taco Tuesday and Saki tastings.
Staying at the Lotus a few days before our cruise, we ate breakfast here on our first morning in Honolulu, back on April 27th (2018). Great coffee and food; I had a spam omelette and fresh fruit. Our waiter was very nice and quite a sports fan, as I recall. Can't wait to go back to WISP for more bre
Went for happy hour on a Wednesday. Food was high quality and drinks were reasonable at that time. Atmosphere was quiet but looked like it was going to get busy later
Dined here for Christmas Dinner and there were only about 6 other diners there. The food was awesome but being a holiday evening, some kitchen staff called in ill so the owner (Jon Ishimi) wore many hats that evening. According to Jon, there was just one cook in the back :( I loved the atmosphere a
Great happy hour deals. We ordered a bunch of small plates to share family style. You can order sushi anywhere in the restaurant too!
It's off the beaten path of Waikiki, but if you find yourself at the aquarium, Kapolei Beach Park, or the Elk's Lodge, Wisp is a nice intimate place to have a drink and conversation. The sushi bar there is great, too, if you enjoy traditional and authentic Japanese sushi.
Only went to happy hour. Decent pupu menu, we ended up getting one of every thing to sample a little of each. Service was excellent.
