A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Ordered a Dulce de Leche Sundae and it absolutely hit the spot! For anyone who knows dulce de leche, it's very hard to imitate and sometimes to nail the flavour. These guys did an amazing job. The sundae had dulce de leche ice cream with some dulce de leche smeared throughout it and whipped cream on top.

By far my FAVORITE ice cream in the World. Friendly staff :) . They were really busy when I cam with my family, but everyone took their turn. I liked the large photos of the menu items, made it easy for us to order. There were many tourists who didn't speak english and they just pointed to what they wanted. Smart menu ! I'll be back again for sure!

Very fast and friendly service! Cassy helped me and she was an absolute delight! The ice cream is always high quality and my shake was prepared perfectly. I love all their flavor options as well. This location is great too because it's right in the heart of the Ala Moana food court. Thank you for your service HD!
Ther is a great ice cream place. They have many flavors that I love. You will love these flavors.
The best place to find ice cream is here, What I like about this ice cream shop is that it’s is near the food court, has so many diff flavors (recommend cookie and cream and strawberry) and you get to chose your way you like it

They are understaffed for the lines and waits are too long.
Even with the cost being a bit much, banana split = yum. As a vanilla seeker, theirs is quite simple and not trying to impress like the artisian ones that try to hard at something so simple.

+JMJ. Having grown up in Texas eating Baskins Robbins (which is delicious ice cream), I didn't learn about Haagen-Dazs until I was stationed in Pearl Harbor HI. When my day was exceedingly stressful in my USNAVY duties, I would treat myself to a HUGE banana split!! Didn't have any favorite flavors. Just had the server prepare my stress reliever deluxe banana split, then I would select a seat and just engage in an all-is-right-with -the-world dining feast. Expensive?! Yes! But really worth it.
