kalua pork is good. Shrimp, fish, and burger looked to be frozen. If not, they still appear that way. People super friendly.
We were looking for something Hawaiian and came across this place. I am so glad we found it! The food was absolutely amazing. The flavors were just right and great portion size for the price and not over priced like a lot of other restaurants. I recommend the grilled beef or garlic shrimp. We liked this place so much that we came a second time before our trip was over and of course we weren’t disappointed the second time around either. I would 100% recommend!
Really a hole in the wall location being inside of a golf club, but the food does not disappoint. I was very surprised by the quality. The portions are also pretty large. Service is slower but there was only one person working all the tables. Really some of the best Hawaiian bbq I've had.
First time in Hawaii and first food spot in Hawaii. Wasn’t bad at all. Definitely a good place to try. I had the bbq mix and seafood combo. Both were good.
Wow! Absolutely delicious BBQ chicken plate with mac salad and rice for an amazing low price! Massive portion of chicken. Located inside the golf club. Fast, friendly service, too.

For my family's 4th restaurant experience, we saw people carrying a cup that said this restaurants name and a to go cup. In our hotel's hot tub, we decided to go to this joint, hopefully we are gonna have some good food after the past 3 restaurant experiences have been either not good or Nothing special. Let's see if this joint is good to our expectations.
We got the Cream Cheese Wontons to start off. Now we usually get Wontons at Chinese restaurants buy these were SOO good! They had a very good crunch and the filling was very good! And the sweet and sour sauce complimented it so well.
Next we had the Honey Glazed Shrimp. It was tempura battered and fried to a crisp and glazed with a honey glaze. The taste was a cripy and a sweet after taste and it was a perfect combination.
Finally we had the BBQ Mix Plate. It had Chicken Thighs, Thinly sliced Beef, and Pork Chops with white rice and Macaroni Salad. Everything was good except for the Mac Salad. But it was some nice authentic Hawaiian BBQ. Overall on the 10 point scale, we gave this joint a 9/10.
Shrimp was delicious. Nice sticky rice. The macaroni was quite bland. Huge portion of fried chicken! (Food pictured was large plate for $13.99)
This place was a nice surprise. Looking to get off the tourist path by foot we walked over and found this little delight in the golf course. Very simple dining room but great view of the folders and the mountains. The food was so good and reasonably priced. The waitress was so kind and timely despite being the only one serving the full room. I'd gladly go back. I had the beef short ribs. My friend had the chicken katsu, good but was enough food to share with two people.
Favorite is the chicken katsu with double mac. Definitely more portions than the CA location ones I've been to. Located at a golf course and serves alcohol. Nice view of the mountains in the background.
It’s a cold windy and rainy day was craving beef stew, didn’t realize there is an L&L at the golf course. This worked out perfect, close to Waikiki, the plates are generous portions and delicious food. Definitely coming back here now that I know they are open !!
