Yajima-ya - Honolulu - Photo album

Not very busy the night we went which is unfortunate. Are kind of quickly as food is served pretty quick. Very good variety and pricing not bad at all. My second time here and if I lived closer I'd definitely be a frequent customer. Great, quick service and food is ono. Glad to see them surviving. D
Overall it was fine. Teishoku set tasted alright but nothing blew me away. Service was attentive. An okay Japanese restaurant but it probably won't become a regular stop.
Good portion. Great service. Miso soup is self service so you can eat as much as you want. They have a variety of side dishes. Tofu pudding was delicious.
Restaurant had nice clean decor with decent sized menu. Self serve soup of either miso soup or chicken long rice. Staff was friendly and helpful and attentive. I had the tonkatsu which was more peppery than I have had it before at other restaurants. Pickled veggies that came with it were tasty.
I really like this place. The staff is friendly and the service is very good. The food is very tasty. I ordered the bento and the sashimi was excellent. The fish was fresh and fatty. This is a great place to bring the family or friends.
My favorite place in town to grab a quick bite. They are moving next door to the old Hinone Mizunone location soon. Come and support Tomo and team! 😁 Update: Finally got a chance to visit them at the new restaurant and I am so happy for them!! Please go and support Tomo amd the gang. Food is grindz
It was a little expensive, but the amount of serving made up for it, and the food was good!!!
Awesome menu, should've saved room for dessert! First time for family members & TV they want to return to try other dishes, curry was really delicious, steak cooked perfectly.
