Ramen Bario - Honolulu - Photo album

Went here with my husband. The ramen is very tasty. The pork is a bit fatty and melts in your mouth, so flavorful. I'm usually not a fan of ramen but it was pretty yummy. My husband enjoys the dipping noodles but I liked the ramen. Very good broth. Would like bigger soup spoons as I found the spoo
The ramen was tasty and broth was thick. Our server was really friendly. Ramen price is around $15-20+. CASH ONLY! we didn't noticed that when we sat down, but luckily we had enough cash to pay for the meal.
Stopped by for lunch and was amazed at how much I liked the broth. Had the special with char sui and egg. The instructions state to try the broth and then add garlic and hot sauce. I ended up adding a spoon of each 3x. It made the broth super delicious. Noodles are thick and firm. Very enjoyable te
One of the best meals I had in Waikiki, and one of the best ramens I've ever had! I got the dipping noodles, perfectly al dente, very flavorful broth, perfectly soft boiled egg. Located inside the the Japanese food mall, in a clean, but unmemorable venue. Would definitely recommend for the ramen!
Discovered this Japanese Food Court at Waikiki yesterday, and I was walking around observing the texture of the ramen noodles and this place convinced me. The three things that I am extremely picky about are (A.) dumplings (B.) ramen and (C.) sponge cakes. So you know when I say it's good, it should
I would've given 5 stars if the drink selection was a bit better. Only Asahi and Pepsi. But holy amazing food!!! Exactly what you need after a 10+hour flight!!! *Pro-tip go before 6pm. Very small place that gets wildly crowded. (Extra tip- don't shy away from the garlic n spice.... it's your mouth
Very good ramen, the broth is delicious. Personally the noodles were too thick for my liking but they were still VERY good and very fresh. The pork melted like butter in my mouth. Definitely add a few scoops of the chili powder and garlic that is provided, it’s actually recommended. Kenny took care
This place is quite expensive for ramen but it’s actually quite nice with plenty of vegetables and meats. The regular sized portion is reasonable and the normal “Ramen” is good with the broth being rich. The tsukemen is quite strong in flavour so i would just try the regular ramen first and add your
I'm impressed. The soup for the dipping ramen has more flavor than the rest. The pork is so soft, just melts in your mouth. Noodles are thick and fresh
The ramen here is really good - better than the ones around it for sure. But it also has a hygiene issue. There were 2 roaches I killed in my short visit here crossing my table. It didn't bother me like it might some, so I didn't mention it is just quietly crushed and placed the little guys in a nap
The pork dipping ramen aka Tsukemen.. So much body to the broth, So freakin' good I give up trying to put it into words. It left me speechless. This was my second visit to Bario since arriving in Waikiki. I couldn't leave this island without eating it again.
If your looking for a great tasting mouth watering ramen. This is one of the best spots to go. Order the their special ramen, it is very flavorful , hot and tasty. They also give discounts if you have you have your Kamaaina ID.
I was in Hawaii for a week and went to this place twice so that should say alot. I got their egg tsukemen both times. Their noodles are the exact thickness and chewiness I like. I've had better soft boiled eggs but that's being really picky. Overall, if you've never had tsukemen, great place to star
Cash only. Their tsukemen was really good and filling. Broth was delicious. Noodles are firm. Service was great and fast.
Friendly service, delicious ramen, excellent broth, huge portion! You will definitely be full from a regular bowl. Amazing to get this quality of ramen out of Japan! Definately get an order of gyoza if you are hungry - super crispy and juicy!
Attentive/friendly service and freaking delicious - Best ramen experience I've had outside of Tokyo/Kyoto! Went twice during a five-day stay in Waikiki and had zero regrets
Excellent tonkatsu ramen. Pork perfectly roasted almost melts in your mouth. Noodles wonderful. Large serving size, barely finished regular bowl.
A gem. We were lucky to stumble upon this little ramen spot in Waikiki. Some of the best we've had. The tsukamen was unforgettable and the subzero temperature beer was perfection. We will certainly be making it a point to visit the next time we are back. Looks like this location is now closed. :(
