Wife had calamari strips with vegetable pasta and I had the sausage olio pasta, plus we shared a green salad and tiramisu at the end. We went for lunch on a week day and it wasn’t busy.
The dishes were all very tasty and the complimentary bread and butter with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping your bread were great. Getting a side order of crispy fried garlic is recommended for garlic lovers to put on your bread and pasta.
The waiter was very nice and attentive without being intrusive. Some people reviewing were saying it was overpriced but not sure where they’re going these days that is so much cheaper for the same quality.
Good food as always. A bit expensive when compared with other Italian restaurants. We both felt a little rushed, like the server was trying to just turn the tables.
Always love everything about Assagio's... we had the Seafood combo with Alfredo sauce, and the Osso Bucco w/ shrimp scampi! OMG... fresh ingredients, fresh baked bread, real butter, lol! Need I say more?
FOOD WAS SERVED IN A TIMELY MANNER EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BUSY. THE MEAL WAS VERY TASTY. I RECOMMEND THE VEAL AND FOR DESSERT THE THIRIMISU.
Amazing service, the Caesar salad made at the table was outstanding. Our meals came fast and the portions were generous. Priced well for all you get.
Food is generally delicious. Prompt and courteous service. Surprisingly pleasant atmosphere given location so close to the freeway, which also makes it very convenient and easily accessible.
The appetizers are awesome and the pasta is onolicious....definitely must try if you are in the area....parking is kinda hard....but you can find street parking....customer service is awesome and the servers are great ...
We had a nice relaxed lunch here. I had the Caesar with shrimp and my colleague had the spaghetti carbonara. Both were very nice. We really need to return in the evening to fully appreciate the food.
We had our 2021 Christmas dinner here. Services were amazing..: Reservation, Server, Waiting time and taste of meal were 100% excellent. Even the cost for dishes were worth it.
We ordered the Sicilian chicken with potatoes, bell peppers, my son devour it...And we ordered the filet mignon and shrimp scampi with linguine noodles...its was so delicious. The filet melts in your mouth. Full flavor noodles and shrimp cooked just right.
We are definitely returning to Assagios Bistro again!!
Always great service & excellent food. Their homemade dressing is 👌 and I'd recommend substituting the potatoes for the pasta. They are golden brown & delicious with parmagan sprinkled on top.
I've ordered almost everything on the menu, it's all delicious! Chicken assagio, veal saltimboca, filet &shrimp scampy...fried mozzarella..you can't go wrong here. Hose salad has an amazing dressing (and chese) and the Cesar made at the table! What an experience. Bartender Jerry is always such a delight. You won't be disappointed
Love, love, love this place. We've been to their three locations, and we have NEVER been disappointed. The service is excellent and the food is always right. I usually order the large filet, and it is always perfectly prepared the way i ordered. My husband loves to try different things and he usually orders the special of the day... always good. It is conveniently located in Ala Moana Center; across the Kahala Mall; and in Kapolei.
Some of the best Italian food I’ve had. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Assaggio!!!! This is the 5th location we have visited in Oahu. We have tried Hawaii Kai, Mililani, Kapolei, Ala Moana and now Kahala! The inside is beautiful and relaxing! Our waitress was attentive throughout our entire visit.
We enjoy their pasta dishes and their tiramisu is the best I've tasted so far!

I appreciated there are both large and small portion choices. I had the sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms and roasted potatoes and it was delicious.
Everything was excellent except the house salad. The dressing was not the usual it normally is. Maybe the chef missed something but not up to par.
