Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake - Honolulu - Photo album

This is not your typical American cheesecake. Instead of being dense and cheesy, these cheesecakes are light and fluffy. They are even fluffier than angel cake but not as dry. After eating these cakes it almost leaves you guilt free because of how light and not sweet it is. However, what the
The Japanese cheesecake was heavenly. Light, fluffy, airy with the perfect flavor to go with its texture (I had the original). The melon flavor was delicious as well. I truly loved it.
We enjoyed the cheesecake (original and coffee flavor). Nice and moist. This is the first time we tried japanese style cheesecake. It wasn't bad. The original had a nice flavor to it but we enjoyed the coffee flavor the most. It had a hint of coffee to it with a nice amount of fluffiness. Would go b
Located on the second level food court. Ordered the mochi donuts, delicious and chewy! The cheesecake was the same fluffy goodness however it costs $4 more on the island than mainland. Definitely try the donuts!
This place has the most unique tasting cheesecakes that melt in your mouth. This isn’t your standard American cheese cake, this is different. Japanese cheesecake has different texture and taste that’s worth a try.
2016: The best mango smoothies are here! We had them several times on our trip. Update 2019: Still the best smoothies!
I had the strawbeery lemonade & sampled both the tart and cheescake. I would come again, everything was tasty!

They have serve Japanese custard cheesecakes and they make it well. It's not a hole in the wall, but who would expect a place to just sell cheesecakes at a mall? It's a little out of your way if you're here just for cheesecake. That's why I had teamwork. I ran in while my wife drove around the block
Had an Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake in Osaka so when I saw that they're here I knew I had to get some cheesecake. It was as good as I remembered, fluffy and melt in your mouth goodness. Two of us vanquished a whole cake.
I'm sorry in advance to my current boyfriend. He's a pretty amazing guy if you haven't met him. However, he has been replaced! Who could replace him? Well, I want to date and marry this cheesecake! Uncle Tetsu just recently opened in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in Waikiki in their Pa'ina Lan
The original cheesecake is still the best and is super light & fluffy! Try the honeydew by the slice as it’s good, but not as good as the original! Try to come by when they have just come out of the oven for a real treat!
Expensive at around $3.50 for a small slice, but the cheesecake is so unique and delicious! I am so glad I finally tried one of the famous fluffy Japanese cheesecakes, and I was not disappointed at all!
Very fluffy cheese cake and it was delicious
