Starbucks is almost always verinconsistent. The service is great. The drinks are great and you can often sit inside and plug in to chill for a while and look at your phone or computer.
Kaela is such a nice barista, she made my coffee immaculately!
Staff is always friendly, recommending new drinks, letting me experiment and making the extra effort to sprinkle aloha into my day.
Why I love Starbucks! Was in a real bind...needed quarters desperately for laundry and the banks were closed...the staff there didn't blink, gave me a smile and sold me a $10 role of quarters. They completely saved my holiday! Good coffee, really nice shop and AMAZING SERVICE! Love this Starbucks!
One of the most efficient and well run Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to far too many). The four employees who were working when I picked up my mobile order were absolutely killing it — friendly yet sending orders out at a record speed.
It seems super popular with all the people inside and it didn't take so long ordering our food.
There's 3 Starbucks in HK and this is where I go. Friendly staff that greets regulars by name and hold themselves accountable even when it wasn't there fault. I respect that and recommend this place 💯 Corporate culture starts from leadership and this establishment figured it out.
