Review Happy Lamb Hot Pot, Honolulu - Honolulu

For about $25 all you can eat for lunch. Not a bad deal. For lunch, they have two soup broths. A garlic based broth which is white and a spicier broth which is the red one. I preferred the white broth as it had a little more flavor besides just being straight spicy. They allow you to order based on 3 rounds. You only have 3 rounds of ordering, but you can put as many orders of anything on any round. We put like 6 orders of the beef and lamb on round 1. The quality was pretty good. The meat was tender and not chewy, the vegetables were flavorful. There is also a sauce bar where you can mix your own sauces. The service was attentive and they refill waters very frequently. It is located on the second floor right by the escalator.

Good service, nice dinner and just quiet enough for conversation. Suggest reservations as there were folks waiting the entire time we were there. You can order by the number of portions and the food is brought to the table. Nice friendly service. Tasty broths you can supplement with complimentary sides and sauces. Recommend the eat all you can option as it allows a wide sample of ingredients. We tried the sesame bread since we saw it on many tables. Must try! Crunchy crust with hot, fine textured bread with delicate taste. Lots of parking too.

Very clean. We were very happy with the service. Very attentive to our needs. If you have a very big appetite this is the place to come. Every produce is freshly cut and your orders of meat are cut with delicate care. Shabu shabu style. All you can eat.

This place is absolutely amazing. It puts all other pot pot establishments to shame. Broth is so good, sauce is not even needed. However, a sauce station is available. They offer buffet and a la cart. Quality of food is top notch. Meat is thinly sliced as it should be. Service is on point. Ambiance is pleasant. Decor is pleasing to the eye. Not a single thing to complain about. Will be coming back often.

Great place, didn't have to wait to long maybe because it was Sunday night. But it was still busy the entire time. We we're a group of 4 and did the all you can eat which was the most economical. The spicy broth was amazing and went well with everything. Definitely cone and try this place you won't regret it

Amazing family experience!! We had both the spicy broth and regular! They were both full of flavor and super yummy!! The meat plates were more than enough with the endless buffet. The crab and shrimp were my favorite!!

The restaurant is on the third floor. If you park on the top , you can just walk over without using the stairs or elevator. The Inside of the restaurant is spacious and the seat are far apart. The menu is simple. 1.soup base 2. Meats. 3. side ingredients. Ordering is a simple paper checking list 1, 2 and 3. Everything looks fresh and clean. However, the portions are not big(for Hawaiian standard). If you are hungry, choose the “all you can eat option” for a great deal. Like most Asian family style restaurants going in with bigger group will let you try everything. If you just want to sample it. Lunch time is the best bet, the lunch combos are really good and cheap. Last thing get a jug of water melon juice, it’s really good.

In my opinion, this is the best place to go if your craving for the hot pot experience. You have an option of getting it ala cart or an all you can eat. You choose the broth , meat , veggies and the sauces. Bring a jacket when going to this place because the ac gets pretty chilly. Amazing service , great variety of meat, vegetables, alcoholic beverages and sauces.

Best Chinese hot pot in town, although it’s not as spicy as the real Chinese ones. Look at the menu online before you go and decide if you want to do all-you-can-eat or not. Each order of the buffet is very small. We went on a Friday night with a reservation. (just call ahead) But it seemed like there wouldn’t be a wait without a reservation either.

Amazing soup broth. We had the original and spicy broth flavor. You really don’t need to make your own sauce since the broths are so flavorful! The meats were good quality and everything else you usually have for hot pot was also on the menu. Good service too. Must be a new dinner option but unlike the NY location, where I usually go, there’s also an all you can eat option for $27. Really great deal
