I love the Starbucks concept with different mugs and tumbles location specific! I just learned that! Wow! Picked up several while there!

Cons:
You can pay by app, but you can’t redeem rewards. They have unique items specific to this location. The rational - this is a hotel owned Starbucks and not a corporate Starbucks. The barista offered to hold my item just in case the other (corporate) Starbucks in the area didn’t have it - great touch, great customer service. This is not a deal breaker.
What is a deal breaker is that one section of dining closes at noon. Why not close the place down all at once. The section that closes down has windows and natural lighting. With COVID already shouting down seating areas, this just adds insult to injury.
Pros:
Friendly baristas.
Helpful baristas. (See the first part of the cons section.). The barista actually offered to set my choice of merchandise aside.
The baristas just have an overall sense of happiness and goodwill.
My drink was delicious.
They have the same menu as corporate.
Comfortable seating area. Typical brown, beige, green color scheme that is associated with your average Starbucks.
Nice cityscape views.
Work/productive ambiance. I’m surrounded by people on computers working hard.
Plenty of outlets.
Clientele ranges from professionals to students.
Sheltered space. No homeless people would make it past security, depending on your mood and/or frame of reference this could be a good or bad thing.

Nice Starbucks in a hotel lobby. It's next to one of the best dive shops on the island. Very convenient for hotel guests.

Loved this Starbucks.... Great lil location inside Ala Moana Hotel...fresh "not burnt" coffee.... Sorry, I'm actually not a Starbucks fan usually unless it's in Japan.... But will drink it out of convenience and on occasions such as this... I'm impressed... The great service with Aloha was fantabulous!

I was introduced to Starbucks ‘Pink Drink’ while in Honolulu and it did not disappoint. It has strawberries, coconut milk, and matcha. I had one EVERYDAY while in Hawaii.. This Starbucks is conveniently located at the Ala Moana Hotel.

The Starbucks in the Ala Moana Hotel lobby is a great place to stop in the middle of the day and get a rejuvenating coffee and possibly a cake, muffin, or cookie. They have sandwiches and other ready to prepare fare, but we usually stick with just a cake of sorts and coffee.

This Starbucks in nakameguro offers food and drink selection not found in your typical Starbucks. Four floors of seating.

Pretty quiet, staff had quick service. They serve alcohol here as well.

Big store with many well-spaced seatings inside Ala Moana Mantra Hotel. Easy to place and pick up order (coffee, pastry, sandwich). No online order. Vaccined dine-in customers only. Good and efficient baristas.
