Mexico Restaurant - Honolulu - Photo album

I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant and that just so happens to be the name of the restaurant I dropped into the other night and had some old school Mexican food, the south of the border dishes authentic prepared in no time at all. It didn't take long for me to decide - Enchiladas my fav
The burritos, and queso skillet were excellent, and the margarita was good. The service was fine (after I asked someone if they could take our order after we were seated and waited 25 minutes). Of course having to ask was embarrassing and was the main reason for the low review. The food was good, s
$70 total for two people. The restaurant was very busy! Despite this, the service was still friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the server misheard me and I received shredded beef instead of my desired shredded chicken. It was still good, but I prefer to eat chicken. The free salsa was a bit weird. Ki
I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good Mexican food in Honolulu, however the salsa is extra and it was not worth it. The enchiladas were delicious and well proportioned. Don’t get the horchata 🌝
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience my friends and I had at your Mexican restaurant last night. First and foremost, I must commend you and your staff on the impeccable service we received. Despite our large party, the waitstaff was incredibly
Amazing food! Amazing service! Really cool decorations! Definitely recommend
Great Mexican restaurant. Be prepared to spend $30 per person minimum but it is worth it. The salsa has a mesquite smoked flavor that is phenomenal.
This Mexico eatery servers very authentic Mexican food and the staffs are also friendly! The portion is good and a free basket of Taco , great Salsa source. Highly recommended the combo plate! Just one thing to note that this restaurant is located right across from a famous Hawaii food restaurant, f
Food is ACTUALLY delicious. And I say "actually" because a lot of Mexican places are not authentic in their flavors. This was delicious. We had the Chile Verde and the pork was so tender it was melt in your mouth. Also had the garlic shrimp camarones plate with a side of veggies. The shrimp are huge
The staff are wonderful and every dish is very delicious and highly recommended. Horchata had the best concentration and taste.
One of the Best Mexican Restaurants on Oahu! I take my guests who come from Cali to Oahu to Mexico!! Lol
The Food here is great. It is one of the few good Mexican restaurants on Oahu. It is fair compared to what you would get everywhere in the Southwest United States, but it's an A+ for the island. The service and the atmosphere are a bit lacking. It is in a fairly seedy area of town. The kind of place
I like the place. Though, the salsa chip has changed. I don't know why they are putting ketchup on it. The flavor is noticeable 👎 Also, if you go on Tuesday, the margarita that they offer at $ 5 is the traditional one. Be aware that the flyer doesn't clarify that. If you order something different, y
Excellent margaritas and the food is delicious. Sit at the bar if you can! Eatting shrimp ceviche I feel like I am robbing the place!
Service was excellent 5 stars. My 4 star review was just based on the good service alone. Visited Mexico Restaurant for dinner. They have their own parking lot but if you can't find parking , you can also park on school street during dinnertime hours. The decor outside and inside is cute and "Mexic
If you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant this is it! Delicious food, quality and fresh ingredients, fantastic service and huge portions...just look at the pics. I think that the ground beef was the game changer here. Seasoned to perfection that paired well with everything. Keep it up guys....
Homemade chips and salsa served free for dine in customers. Crab Chimichanga and shrimp and fish burrito was huge with all the sides included. It was delicious with a lychee margarita. We had Deep fried French vanilla cinnamon icecream hit the spot. Service was the best. Lots of art displays to look
Great alternative When my wife and I couldn't decide on what to eat and alot of the vegan alternatives were closed or about to close we opted for Mexican. It was our first time there. There is parking and we were able to get seated and order quickly. Service was fast and our server didn't miss a b
