Laulau is the best here! Poi was fresh and poke was ono!!! Was not impressed with kalua pig. Go early because they run out of stuff by dinner time. They even ran outta rice when we went for dinner. There is seating, but booths are looking kinda rough.
A down to earth local lunch place. What the food lacks in presentation it more than makes up for by being delicious and hearty. The beef stew is great, and Big Al's "small" bento is packed with meat and veg.
Older and a little run down this place is the real deal! Great Kalua Pork! Service is moms and pops but friendly and what it should be for the atmosphere. Menu selections and food all on point ! This place is not fine dining this is Hawaiian Soul Food at its best.
Best spot on Oahu for Hawaiian food, the pipikaula is very good, as well as the laulau and kalua pork. it’s connected to a shopping center too, so you can get fresh boba nearby for dessert or taro donuts from kam bakery nearby.
For realz, my favorite Hawaiian food place. It's always between the big Al's bento or the beef stew plate. Either way, no can go wrong. If you never ate here.... you missing out.
Hawaiian food approved by Hawaiians! Never had anything less than perfection from Young’s. It’s our go-to spot when we need some good lau lau. Always juicy and tender, cooked to perfection, full of flavor! Their meal includes a generous portion of white rice, some pipikaula, and a large chunk of tar
Been coming to Young's Fishmarket for years now! I am always happy to spend money here because the food is really good with pretty fast service but the seating is minimal. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the poke is always hit and miss and since it's so expensive I would hope it wou
DELICIOUS LOMI SALMON! Can say that they have best lau lau and beef stew. Service was fair, staff always seems angry about working here and they take it out on customers. Some don't speak English, but overall a great experience! Always go back when in town.
When I lived on Oahu. This was one of my favorite spots to eat at after a day at the beach with friends. NOW, Whenever I go home I have to stop here and get me my fix of favorite local foods. Pastele, Poke, Char siu, roast pork, laulau, Kalua pig, and of course Poi.
Very popular local place for local food. I went for the butterfish Lau Lau. It was definitely tasty and the fish bones melt in your mouth, so no need to pick out any bones. I enjoyed it, but it's very different than the misoyaki butterfish that I was looking for. So, if you don't like the fish t
Everytime I'm at home Young's is a must. Awesome Hawaiian food. My favorite is the Big Al's Bento (Rice or Poi, Kalua Pig, Mini Lau Lau, Pipikaula and Sweet Potato). So ono!
The food was wonderful. This was my first time experiencing Hawaiian food. I absolutely loved it all.
Amazing! We enjoyed Kalua pork, Lau lau, and poke. All items were exceptionally delicious 😋
My family grew up on Young's Fish Market Hawaiian food. The laulau had a generous amount of pork and just the right amount of luau leaf to complement it. The lomi salmon has a good amount of salmon and goes well with poi. The kalua pig smoky and salty, just the way we like it. I really like the tur
Pipikaula is so delicious. This place is a must go when visiting Hawaii!
I was looking for a local seasoning salt and this was the ONLY place I found it. Please support local business. We've lost too many already!
I never knew Turkey TaiLS EXISTED until I grubbed on them at Youngs fish market. the grape leaf with chicken inside was also amazing! the beef was so juicy it was dripping. highly recommend. restaurant was clean and staff was amazing! very good experience.
