Fantastic, unique frozen treat. Lots of combinations to choose from or make your own. The small was plenty for just myself. They give you can open to split any size. I recommend the fruity flavors as the chocolate combinations didn't stand up to well being so aired out with the shaving. Certainly going back.
A unique and tasty twist on shaved ice. Tastes like they begin with flavored and possibly milky ice. This is shaved SUPER thin and light...lighter than snow actually. So light I could easily knock back two small portions. Tasty toppings are then piled on top of that. I recommend getting small portions to allow you to try more flavors. Highly recommend ube coconut, and anything with li hing.
Edit Oct19: The shave ice is still as tasty as ever but I have to knock a star off because the service has turned to you know what. Down the toilet. Don’t know what’s changed but I’ve been feeling a lot of bad vibes like they’re annoyed that I’m there.
Ordered a small #44 Cookies and Cream. Despite its "smallness" it was enough to share among 3 friends. Do take advantage of the free toppings. They are there for a reason. Our order wasn't too sweet, more on the savory side. My favorite part about it was the texture experience. The "snow" melts in my mouth, and is very airy. So the mochi and cookie give it a good bite over all. Also, since its not shace ice you're less at risk for brainfreeze!
Definitely try the moffle dog! Here they do that very unique thing, which is a waffle made with Mochi flour. And they also offer sets, so for ten bucks you can get a moffle or moffle dog, and a small snow. Nice combination.
Bathroom available through the complex.
Free add-on toppings (but don't get crazy, Aunty Nimfa. Yes, I AM talking to you). Free small cone of water with cooler.
We showed up when they first opened at 11 a.m. The very sweet guy behind the counter was running the show by himself. Not easy. Points for effort and customer service.
Only down a half star because we wish the shop was bigger (3-4 tables inside & a small outside cafe set), and that parking wasn't so crazy at McCully Shopping Center.
Those shave ice cream are gigantic! The small was pretty huge, I just couldn’t finish it. I had the #2, Ling Hing Mui, Pineapple and Mango. That one, along with pretty much all of their options come with mochi, fruits or other toppings. They are not cheap, at almost 8$, but they sure do come with lots of extras. The shop even has a free topping station, which was pretty cool. It made me happy :)
Definitely an interesting twist on shave ice and ice cream. The two treats are integrated into one dish. It had an interesting consistency but it was pretty good. If you haven't tried it you should.
Portions are huge, and prices are great! We tried the Lychee, cookies n Creme, and Mocha. All three were delicious. They also provide free dry toppings which is very nice of them.
Cheap and delicious! And there are so many different choices that it took a while for us to finally figure out what we wanted.
If you haven't had snow, you are missing out. So much better than shaved ice and ice cream. It's almost like you faceplant into a mountain of ooh so delicious snow!
Better than regular shaved ice! It's more like shavings of frozen milk/cream with a large variety of flavors to choose from.
The snow is very fine and light. The flavors range from vivid to subtle depending on what you order. I had the #1 which had cookies and cream, strawberry and cheesecake in sections. Very good to have different tastes in the sme bowl. The small is pretty good sized and can be shared between two lighter eaters. The large is large so have a friend ready or be hungry. There's at least 30 or 40 different kinds of snow bowls. The prices are reasonable and there are usually enough parking spaces.
The snow is great! They have tons of flavors to choose from. I got chocolate and peanut butter.
Lots of flavor to choose from. I'm going there almost every day to try all flavors. I really like the texture of it. It's not shave ice or Ice cream, it's kind of in between. Around 50 flavor you can choose or make your own. Yes, you can customize your order with any flavor you like and add fresh toppings. I ordered Mango and Lychee, it was yummy. Also, you can add free toppings from the counter.
Creamy, light, and satisfyingly good! They're right to say, "It's not shave ice, it's not frozen yogurt, it's snow!" The flavor is frozen into the ice before they shave it to order, so it has the consistency of ice cream but without the guilty. Two walls of pictured combinations to choose from or make your own with plenty of topping choices!
The extra large filled up a whole plate and was perfect for sharing by 2-3, depending on how hungry you are/able to resist the deliciousness!
Everytime I've gone I've never been disappointed. Big servings and super flavorful.
This is such a unique place to take our visiting family and friends who are only familiar with regular ice pellet like snow cones. The Snow Factory is totally different. They have lots of flavors and topping options. I love that they even have some dairy free choices.
Really delicious shaved ice.
Got the taro and coconut with mochi balls, red bean, and little poppers
Nice clean place.
Their advertisement
"it's not shaved ice
It's not ice cream
It's not yogurt
It's....snow"
True!
It does feel like snow:)
For two people, 1 large portion is perfect. (If you dont mind sharing one plate.)
