I didn’t have any expectations coming from San Diego but I was really surprised! The food was great and service is excellent! As a vegan there were good options too. I am for sure coming back.
I got the Los Chaparros (LC) Melt [pictured] and it was great! My girlfriend got the Los Chaparros (LC) Burrito and it is just perfect.
This place is a hidden gem. We had the chicken mole(Amazing). 3 choice combination plates(also amazing) an asada plate(winner winner, asada dinner!!
Some of the best Mexican food we have ever had. Excellent customer service. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for delicious meal.
What a find! Or so we thought but the locals seem to know not already. There were long lines at the entrance. Thank goodness we had a reservation! Food was excellent! I generally avoid Mexican food in hawaii but this place is amazing. The Jamaica and the Mole were homemade!!! Everything was so good and it wasn’t super expensive. By far the best I’ve had on island.
I love the complimentary salsa and chips! Prices are all reasonable and great for a group of people.
Parking is very scarce. Get here early, cause a line starts. Ordered jalapeno wontons, ok not enough jalapenos. Barritto, beef, had good beans inside, but needed more beef. The chimichangas were great, but again a lot of beans, the flautas awesome. My favorite tamales were good to go so I'm happy. S
Delicious food and the staff is very friendly. Chips and salsa are complimentary on the first serving. Get the LC fiesta burrito and a frozen li hing mui margarita. Thank me later.
Los Chaparros afforded us 5 star customer service. The Manager was engaging and entertaining offering exceptional customer service.

Great experience at Los Chaparros with friends. I had the breakfast Chorizos Tacos and my friend had the Enchiladas. Both dishes were excelllent amd our waiter was om top of it coming to check up on us several times.
My first visit. The food was good. My only disappointment was that my server didn't come back to check how I was enjoying my meal. I had the combination plate, ground beef enchilada and crispy taco with rice and beans.
