If you want a cup with mocha drizzle on it and whip cream, please come here!!! They put the M in MadFuckUp. But mistakes happen, right? Fr when haven’t you made a mistake at work? It’s all cool. But then you call politely to get an actual mocha frappe to drink instead of trying to suck on air w a side of whip cream. And guess what? You call and they refuse to return it and say that’s the way a frappe supposed to look. Guess I’m a newbie at my every day drink. Definitely would not recommend. I will definitely tell everyone about this poor experience. Have a mcfucking nice day.

Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal. Drove 15mins home today with a happy meal that contained no chicken nuggets. Customer service is at an all time low. How is this even possible. You don't even offer in person service. You have one job service the drive through. Awful! Close this place down.

Was finally able to walk in to place an order vs sitting in my car, in a very long line while burning my $4.75/ gallon gas. The young lady took my order and there was no line, no wait and my food was made fresh. Thank you Homewood McD for making my return visit a pleasurable one.

5 cars in the parked driveway at 10pm. Plenty of staff visibly inside. Would not answer the window at all tonight. Prior to tonight we had only been there 3 time's over the course of 2 year's. I will say every time has been garbage with bad food and rude staff. I don't know why I wasted my time trying to go there.

Dining room area locked. Headed to the drive thru line for a 25 minutes wait for mobile order pickup. Person at the order box couldn't find the order. Manager at the pay window was terse and reiterated that he couldn't find the order. We explained that we ordered through the app and selected "inside pickup" but couldn't because the dining room was locked. Drove to the next window to finally pickup our lukewarm order. Lesson learned, don't order ahead at this location or go somewhere else.

Speedy service with hot, tasty food (especially the 🍟)! Weird how no one was at the counter at 11 am when we walked in, but we got efficient help when someone got the guy's attention for us.

Ordered an oreo shamrock shake, they gave me an oreo Mcflurry with the green shamrock flavor just squirted on top, not mixed at all, literally just pooled on top. Disgusting
