Jason's Deli

We visited Jason's Deli to grab sandwiches for our family members that had been staying at the bedside of our family member up at Brookwood hospital. Ms. Star not only greeted us with a friendly smile despite our somewhat frazzled state but she assisted us find the best option to feed everyone and the staff had it ready quickly. We were beyond pleased with the service. When we asked who the manager was so we could pass on the good work..Ms. Star humbly replied she was one of the managers at the locations. We are grateful for the kind friendly service we received and wanted to recognize the amazing people working there today! Thank you.

Their meats are the best for a chain deli. Portions are good and service and cleanliness are excellent. Consistency among different locations is excellent as well. Good value for the quality of food, though I would not call it cheap eats either. But you won't find better deli style food for the price anywhere.

The lobster soup was delicious, the sandwich was mediocre. The ice cream machine was a mess! The chocolate and choc/vanilla dispensers didn't work and the drip pan was floating with melted overflow ice cream. The machine itself was filthy. I didn't eat from the salad bar but it looked well supplied, fresh and inviting. I hope to return to seeing a much cleaner and operable ice cream machine. It's a pleasureable ending to a satisfying meal.

Did an online delivery order for a business lunch meeting. 28 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered and still not, I called the restaurant and spoke with the catering manager who said she was placing me on hold to contact the driver. She never came back me from hold and then about 5 minutes in, the line went dead. I called back, spoke with her again to let her know the driver called me in the meantime and was still at Brookwood, where the restaurant is. I gave him the address again and some descriptions of exactly where we are located. Catering manager was rude and dismissive, I asked to speak to a manager over her and was placed on hold again then spoke with another manager who apologized and said he would refund my money for the order. But 25 minutes later, our food still wasn't delivered. The driver called me from 2 different businesses around us (one even called on his behalf) and he finally made it. The order was cold and several things we're missing. The salad that was ordered was only half edible as about half the greens were black and gross. And no dressing, so it was just a total loss there. While I don't have to pay for this, it was just an overall horrible experience and want to give fair warning to others.
