Buffalo Wild Wings

This place has gone to the dumps! I paid $18 for a plate of tater tots! It came with the smallest portion of brisket possible! The service was terrible as I could not find our waitress after being served this overpriced kids meal! My lady had the boneless chicken wings and got rock-hard fried tenders! It was terrible! The manager did not even offer to remove the items and expected payment for the horrendous food! I'll be back alone next time so I can make a scene. My lady wouldn't let me while we were there...everthing looks good on the commercial, but in there...good luck getting good food!

They close 45 mins before 12 for dine in apparently, and night staff are very rude and unprofessional. As you can see the staff huddled in a corner watching us and laughing about ignoring us.On top of it we get home after finally getting wings and the Buffalo wings have no buffalo sauce at all(as you can see from the pic the plate in the top left corner). Soad get a hold of your night shift team because all around this was an atrocious experience. After we expressed our poor experience with your rude staff the food could have at least been on point.

Seriously the WORST wing spot. I love wing so I kept saying maybe this time it will be better. Nope! I always request extra wet, practically begging my waitress, and I let her know they never do it, and every time they all say, oh I’m sorry…. I got you! They never do! In these picture I sent this back and asked for them to add extra sauce and to add more salt & vinegar seasoning. It was sent back 2 times! I should have checked before leaving🤦🏻‍♀️ Chicken was raw a few times. They mix up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m saddened to say I will NEVER order here again. I decided to just buy the sauces and make my own wings at home.

Bar staff don't give a F about the customers, kitchen staff is lazy and worthless, 2 times on 2 different days, i order the chic wrap i specifically tell the bartender NOT SPICY.... & But job isn't important, customer isn't important, not crowded, so. Not an excuse, took 20 minutes and make my wife's wrap wrong, no manager in sight, the is the worst BWW ever been to, and the the price and combination of F'in up 2 times on to different days, i not be coming back,

My wife and I love coming here for happy hour/lunch even though we're closer to chili's is because of Chanel! best bar tender they have! Only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because when Andrea is working the bar instead of Chanel the experience just isn't as good, less attentive. Good service is hard to find, keep Chanel behind the bar! My wife and I love it here

First time there and many more to come. Luckily, we did not have to wait for a table; it was more than eight people in my group, so it was a good thing we did not wait so long. Enjoyable drinks and minimum choices when it came for food. Waiter, forget a couple of things and did not come sometimes to check how we are doing, but it was okay everyone had a good time and worth going.

While the server was nice the service was not. Food took way to long to arrive at the table and was warm at best. The manager was approached about what was taking so long and said he would look into it but never came back to check on us. It then took another 30 minutes for the server to come back to get the check and to go boxes. The interaction with the manager was more disappointing and the poor service. All around disappointing experience and will probably look elsewhere before going back.
