Starbucks

The staff here is nice… the last couple visits I have been here, but the mobile pickup here sucks!! Other locations I have no problem with mobile pickup. I can be down the street and my order is ready when I get there with in 5-10 minutes. This location… nope.. Yesterday, I was at home. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to this location… I ordered at 9:05 am, and it said my order will be ready at 9:20 am. I got there at 9:20 am exactly.. my drink wasn’t even up and ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my hot latté. I am not pleased with their mobile pickup.

Everytime I go starbucks Lemont State st. there they are out of oatmeal, or no blueberries or no container or something. You wait in line for 20 minutes to find this out. And when they are out of blueberries they still charge you the same price. I go to pick up for my wife 1/2 cup of some cheap oatmeal for almost 5 bucks would be laughable if it wasnt so ridiculus.

Staff is great, but this building is an absolute nightmare. It is so incredibly loud inside everyone either prefers the drive through, outdoor seating or mobile order pickup. Seriously spend a couple hundred dollars on some sound deadening material and make it a more pleasant place to sit and have coffee it’s obnoxious.
