Paramount Pizza Slices

Starting going with my family every week cause the pizza was great! Then on the last visit I went back up to order more food after we ate and the cashier seemed annoyed as if we were being a bother cause the cashier wanted to be on the cellphone. So we won’t go back because we hate feeling like we are a bother when we thought we were just being good customers.

On 2/24/2022, I placed an online order for a pizza from Paramount 2 Pizza and I received a text message and a Email stating that my order was excepted and I was charged for the order. I then received a text and Email stating that my order was ready for pick up. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was told that they DID NOT have an order for me, I showed them my text message and they still said, that there was no order for me, so I left the Pizza shop. I called my bank to stop payment on my card by Paramount Pizza. About 2 hours after I left the Pizza shop, a female from Paramount Pizza called me on my cell and asked for someone that was not me, I told her that she had the wrong number and then she said "Did You order a pizza" and I said yes, but when I went to pick it up, I was told that they did not have an order for me, now they are calling my cell phone 2 hrs later to pick-up and order. At this point the female hung up on me. I will never buy anything from Paramount 2 Pizza.

Who has gourmet grinders without mayo,lettuce, and tomato! That cost extra! I got the meat lovers grinder. One half had almost no ham, maybe one piece. The sausage on it was small almost see through slices. How is that gourmet??? Lost my business for good! To me they are just copying others places that actually have gourmet grinder only they are extremely cheap.

I placed an order at 9:30pm on Christmas Eve. The lady who took my order told me it was going to be ready in 12mins. At 9:40 they call me asking if I’m picking up my grinder because they were closing… Duhh I would never order food and not pick it up. At the same time I’m across town so by the time I get there it will be 10-15mins within time frame. I don’t understand why the harassment! They jus lost a loyal customer!
