Today I drove down from Hatfield, MA to check out Manny's because I have a pizza card from WMAS that I purchased for $30.00, and they just so happen to be on it! You get 9 large, one topping pizzas at 9 different area pizza shops. Great deal! Upon arriving at Manny's, I saw it was dead. Not one person in the restaurant...which kind of scared me. If the pizza is good, why is this restaurant empty at 5pm? I spoke with 2 of the girls at the counter who were very pleasant and friendly. I wish I had gotten their names. I asked if I could pay for 2 additional toppings even though my pizza card said I only get one topping. They said it would be fine. I only paid $2.15 for 2 extra toppings. Great! I waited 20 minutes for my pizza to be made. Perfect! While it was being made, they did get several takeout orders. So things were looking up and my taste buds started to dance! I paid the $2.15 for my pizza and the girl who took my money wished me well and to have a great evening, and thanks for coming...all the way out the door! Very pleasant! It took me 20 minutes to drive all the way back to Hatfield, and when I opened the pizza box I saw that my order was correct! I got the pepperoni, red peppers and garlic I requested on my pizza...along with lots of melted, gooey cheese! The sauce on the pizza was plentiful and sooooo very good! The crust was nicely golden and super crispy! There was only one piece in the middle that was soggy. But I'm sure that's from it sitting in the box for 20 minutes on the way home. No biggie! The pizza was still hot enough so I didn't have to put it in the oven to reheat, as I normally do. I was able to just dig in! Everything about this pizza was great! All I can say is that this little pizza shop exceeded my expectations! Don't let the empty restaurant scare you. The pizza is awesome! I'm looking forward to trying something else next time. Thank you Manny's for making my first experience at your shop a positive one!

BEST STEAK & CHEESE GRINDER IN THE AREA...HANDS DOWN!!! I've tried every steak & cheese in the area and only found Manny's about 6 months ago. I have been ordering them on a regular basis ever since. I'm eating a large steak & cheese with grilled onions and mayonnaise right now and I couldn't be happier. When you find a place that makes your food just the way you like it, you stick with it. And I will! The ladies there are always kind and personable. I always leave there with a smile! You will too! :)

Manny's is under new Management.. I have always order pizza and grinders from there for years...The best locally...Yesterday I ordered my first pizza under new owners. .Great hospitality and pizza was as good as ever. The only difference I noticed was that there was less hamburg and pepperoni on there pizza.. More like a cheese pizza.. If they correct that I am sure they will do well..Best of Luck to the new owners..Taste has not changed.. In fairness I have not had grinder yet from new owners.. There grinders had been failing under former owners..Less meat and condiments and smaller rolls.. Wish new owners best of luck.
