It is a large McDonald's in a very busy tourist area. Lots of customers and lots of staff working and that day was hot so it was nice to be in air-conditioning. There was lots of seating during the weekday even though it was crowded. Bathrooms we okay. Service was fast and food was cooked well as you would come to expect. Staff was courteous and helpful given the volume of orders and general hustl and bustle.

Place is a bit grimy, due to amount of people coming and the homeless people outside. That being said, the worker's are amazing, kind, and are doing the best they can. I have huge respect for them on how efficient they are. I definitely would stay here longer than 10 minutes to eat though, especially if you have kids.

Aside from mentally ill people wandering in and talking to their imaginary friends (bless them Lord), the customers are very peaceful and polite. Plus, I'm happy to buy a meal for another human who needs food if I have money available on my debit card.

I don’t even like McDonald’s, but their customer service is that good. It’s clean even though Hollywood has a lot of Homeless people. Lastly, the food and prices are good too. Definitely the only McDonald’s I go too!

The service was much faster than I expected for such a busy part of town. The inside is unlike any other McDonalds I’ve seen… it’s actually pretty fancy. The tables are pretty uncomfortable but they were clean.

McDonald's is one of my go-to places for a quick and convenient meal. The menu has something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is always courteous and efficient, making sure that my order is correct and ready in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

This McDonald's is right by my job. It's exceptionally clean and much larger than it appears from outside. I used the mobile app to order and pay so, pick was effortless and speedy. My food was hot and fresh and my coffee on point!

The only thing holding me back from reviewing 5 stars is that it's McDonald's quality of food. Everything else at this location is dope including the location! The employees are friendly and quick. They offer warm smiles, are patient, and geez are the most personable crew I've come across, especially in Hollywood! The dining room is large, and when I visited around 10:30p, it was occupied sparsely.
I know the staff can't help the ingredients; I was happy to get some cheap fast food. I'd give them a 4.5 and will happily and eagerly return! Thanks Mickey D's Hollywood!

So many homeless begging for money, one with snot on their face while I'm eating. Don't know how they can keep them out but 4 was excessive for 20 minutes. Grossed us out. I get they are people free to roam but they may need a security guard making sure they are customers or making sure I can eat without 4 separate folks I don't know walking up to me and my minor children while we try to eat in peace.
