This location is awesome! I drive from Davie to get food here. Food is served efficiently & hot. The real test: we did a catering order for 15. I got there and Albert had the order packed and ready to go! Very professional! Quick service- no wait! Food was delicious! Everything was packed well and he confirmed all items before we left. Friendly team. Clean restaurant. Great catering experience. I will be back! Catering is affordable and easy here!

They always get it right! The food is CONSISTENTLY delicious and cooked appropriately. The food is always the right temperature. Unlike some Pollo Tropical, their fried plantains are never half riled (it makes a big difference in the taste). I pass two pollo to get to this one. I’m here 2x per week because I’m pregnant and I can’t stand the lingering smell of cooked food in my house. And I like that there’s older mature people working in there. I appreciate the staff so much.

Drive-thru order: was greeted, helped with menu questions. Order was complete with napkins, correct sauces, and sodas with straws! Staff was nice and I could see they were hard working. The food was awesome, the best from any Pollo Tropical ever. I really hope this crew gets a compliment from this review. Excellent.

Today, after having a terrible experience at the Ross store located in the same plaza (lack of professionalism and poor management). We decided to have dinner at Pollo Tropical, what a totally different experience! Employees were nice with a smile in their faces and willing to satisfy their costumers. The manager, Sarah is very professional and extremely nice to everyone, including the employees, the way it should be!
Kudos to Sarah and her staff, please keep up the good work!
