My waiter Rachel was amazing, she was very friendly and loving, and she gave us a very good tour for the menu and told us all the specials. We started with the antipasto, that had a combination of unique meats and cheese, for our entrees we got a special pasta that they made right in-front of us, it had so much flavor, we really enjoy every dish and at the end we ate a delicious tiramisu. Shout out to the kitchen for the amazing food!
The atmosphere was spectacular, the saxophonist was staggering and came up to our table many times and gave us little shows.
The staff was very friendly and made sure that we were good and that we had an unforgettable night, they really made are night something else.
Finally, thank you Caro for your attention, and everyone who pass by to say hi and check us all the time. Love u 💛
I brought a lady friend, fantastic view from the rooftop, it’s a little hard to get a seat upstairs but if you make reservations you should be fine. The food and service is AMAZING! Top notch appetizers, I had to stop ordering with my eyes as my stomach didn’t have the room. The atmosphere was also great, saxophone players and ocean breeze. Loved the experience, truly.
My father celebrated his 10 year wedding anniversary here last week, and with the help of the kind manager and staff they accommodated his surprise plan 💗. He had a song made for his wife and surprised her with it in the wine room. They helped him set everything up and they danced to it in privacy of that pretty room. Thank you!!
The food was excellent, service was top tier 🙏🏼
I’ll be back!
We came here for a bachelorette party dinner, and this restaurant did not disappoint. Aside from the incredible food and creative cocktails, the staff went above and beyond to make our night so special and memorable, especially for the bride-to-be. Our server, Rachael, was so kind and so enthusiastic about making our night and experience special, and she was also very knowledgeable about the menu. Our group has a few dietary restrictions, and Rachael was able to point us in the right direction for all of the options, including those that are vegan and gluten free. To top it all off, the view from the rooftop was gorgeous. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you to the amazing staff here!!
Delicious Italian food, a great menu and the service was exceptional. The restaurant was very loud and is a bit pricey. In the heart of downtown Hollywood, the best Italian I've had around here so far.
I'll make the decision for you , come to Olivia's! I was hesitant at first because i have high expectations when it comes to anything Italian food. I was not disappointed at all. We made reservations for rooftop and the view was beautiful especially at night. We ordered the from one of the specials which was lobster tail and pasta finished in a cheese wheel. Ughh it was so good it made me wanna dance 🤌🤌🤌🕺.
Pasta was just right and sauce was creamy. It's served just enough to leave you satisfied. Definitely worth coming back.
They do serve alcoholic beverages. Wine and cocktails.
The parking was a little tricky but there's valet parking if you can't find any street parking. Main entrance is kind of in the corner of Polk St
This is two places in one. We've eaten in the restaurant downstairs, which is very nice and has the same food as the rooftop, but the atmosphere is similar to most nicer restaurants around here.
The rooftop is a different story. The views are amazing. The atmosphere is enchanting. The food is the same, so very good. It is really two different places. Given the choice, we'd pick the rooftop every time (unless it's raining).
We originally reserved to dine rooftop but it rained that evening so we had to dine indoors. We were waited on by Rachel who was a gracious and pleasant host. We ordered the meatballs (2 meatballs) and mussels in white clam sauce as appetizers. For dinner we had the short rib ragu and tortellini autora. Delicious and filling meal. We also had a couple of drinks that were tasty as well. We were checked on by Pierro who I assumed was the manager and Julio who had a lovely interaction with us as well. I would definitely dine here if ever I visit this area again.
First of all parking is a little complicated. It's a shared parking lot with other establishments, but when you are in the parking garage, it has parking for all other stores in the building but not the restaurant. Maybe the restaurant only has the valet. We sat on the rooftop, and there seemed to be some construction going on with the roof as per the permit notice posted that I saw walk in and some bags and tape on the floor of each column so that took away a bit from the establishment.
Otherwise, the setup and view are beautiful.
Service was okay. We noticed after we had already placed our order that the table seated next to us was offered the specials of the evening, and we were not. These special were not on the menu. They did look good when we saw the dishes walk by us, and my husband commented he would have ordered it, as it was lamb, and he loves lamb.
The food was great. Posted pictures for reference.
I didn't like that they allowed a dog to be the restaurant, it could have been a service dog but I don't like eating in restaurants with dogs.
This was such an amazing experience!! The service was TOP TIER!! The food was amazing—-the tiramisu (which is my fave) was not exactly to my liking, but this restaurant was still a 5 star experience! My drink was amazing (I think it was called young vibes or something) & so was my meal (I got the seafood mare and added vodka sauce).
The views were amazing, the saxophonist was spectacular—I can’t say enough positive things! My birthday was special!
