Tim Hortons

Ordered a simple bagel with plain creamcheese and I got told by the worker, who clearly didn't even want to be there by her tone, "I'm sorry there's only two of us, I can't make that." Excuse me? It doesn't even make sense, but I just accepted it and went to the Tim Horton's on Airport, much better experience and nicer staff.

Unfortunately, Tom Hortons has become an embarrassment in the area. Over the past year, they've slowly altered their hours, due to not being open during the posted hours, to the point where this location is "5am-5pm", but there's about a 20 minutes variation on those times. The inside is only open in the morning (usually). They no longer serve "breakfast items", which is considered anything hot. So the entire menu of sandwiches and wraps is a no go. A toasted bagel, or a bagel with cream cheese is also a no go. When asked what else was a no go, they said, "only donuts and coffee, nothing else". So if you're craving some Tim Hortons and you drive up there and you see that the lights are actually on and you're thinking it's your lucky day, do yourself a favor and just go to Krispy Kreme or Dunkin. You get a better selection and you can take all the money you save to pay for the gas to get there.

I want to like this place for their convenient location, but about 50% of the time I go, there is a wait that is way too long, they are out of stuff, machines are broken, I am miscarried, and the order is just plain wrong. When they get it right, it's great! But a 50% no-issue level is not acceptable.
