First time trying this chain after having a one and only bad experience years ago at a different location. Glad we gave in and gave it another try. This location was quick, friendly and delicious. Although we felt the service was great, the staff was still apologizing for a slower service which we didn't even notice! Great place for a hearty breakfast!

Went for breakfast would be 5 stars but the staff was friendly but they seemed to be putting all the guests in this one waitresses area while the others had 1-2 small tables she was doing 5-6 bug tables of groups. Was good food but they forgot my kids food. Said they wouldn't charge us for it (which I would hope you wouldn't charge for something you don't get) then as we're about to leave brings out his pancake. I grew up going here just isn't the same people don't treat customers like they used to. Also very overpriced for the food almost $50 for two meals that weren't even big meals.

Very bad experience. Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Our server forgot everything, the food was terrible, and we waited forever. I don't understand with no one in the strore what took so long or why the food was so bad. Server forgot silverware, my salsa, my pancakes, syrup, and my wife's toast. My green peppers were so shriveled up I thought it was spinach. The chicken was dry and overall just tasted awful. Then I get a bill for $47! That's a tough pill to swallow after such terrible service and terrible food.

Our crew of 8 hungry construction workers were just turned away from this establishment because she couldn't wait on 8 people at one time. We are away from home working on Toledo roads and rely on restaurants like this when we are away from our families. Not only did IHOP lose out on business but she cost herself a good tip in the process. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere from here on out!

So this was the worst experience I have ever had. We had a similar experience a year previously that’s why we have not been back. But on the off chance thinking we would have a better experience this time well it did not happen. We ordered our food and waitress forgot to put my husbands order in when we were almost done eating she informed us that his food was given to someone else. Then she rushed us and cashed us out before we even got my husbands food. Our bill was almost 90.00 and it was the worst ever she never came and asked if we needed a refill on our drinks until we asked for a refill keep in mind there was only one other table with people at it at the time in the whole restaurant and it was not even her table. The waitress was not professional or polite at all. We eat out a lot and we usually never complain about anything but this was ridiculous. We will not go back and will inform others of this experience. This is my daughters google account not mine. You would think they would knock the meal they forgot off our bill but they did not. Seeings he did not get it until we were all done eating. 2 hours later he got his food!!!! Once again this was absolutely a ridiculous experience. I do not recommend this ihop at all!!!! Once again this is my daughters google account not line I am Lindsay Bailey.

Staff was nice but we saw our food wait several minutes in the window before being served. Our food was lukewarm when we were finally served. The waitress we had did not seem fully trained nor know what she was doing. We saw many other staff members just standing around not assisting and or not seeming confident in what they were doing. Food was severed to wrong people at our table and others around the restaurant. Receipts were not marked right. Even with all these issues I do hand it to the General manager. She was very helpful and was working hard to help fix / assist with the issues. It was because of her I'm leaving a 3 star review.

Order to go received completely raw turkey bacon. It was like they grabbed it from the refrigerator and threw it in the container. It’s never seen a grill. I’d rather wait longer than just received careless service.

Service was good, but food not so much. There was a crust on the scrambled eggs, like they had been sitting around for awhile. There were small balls of butter on the crepes that I'm sure we're supposed to be added while they were still warm, but they too had obviously been sitting around awhile. The butter was cold and had congealed and wouldn't spread and the crepes were cold. This is about par for the course whenever I go to IHOP. I generally go elsewhere, but I hadn't been in awhile and the kids talked me into it.
