The delivery driver left the pizza at the wrong house. Never came to my house, by the time I got my pizza wings etc the sauces that was paid for was busted all in the bag, pizza only looked half cooked. And food was completely cold. Called to complain and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude about it. This is the last time I will ever go back they mess our orders up every time and enough is enough pizza hut in hohenwald tn

This is what you get when you pay for extra mushrooms... if I wasn't so hungry I would have just dropped it off back at the store and told them to keep this trash. I will not be easting anything from this "store" ever again. Disappointed doesn't even cover how I feel about this.

We were camping and I ordered this pizza online. I went to pick it up but found i ordered it for the following Friday! They didn't make me feel stupid, just said give them 15 minutes and they would have it ready for me. great staff, so friendly and kind and when it was done, they even brought it out to us in our truck! Really appreciate them turning my screw up around and making it all ok. You always hear about the bad stuff, here is the good stuff! Tried to do the online survey, but could not get the code to work. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. They messed up our order 3 times and then the blonde girl behind the counter wanted to give US attitude about it. She finally pulled the ticket and saw SHE was wrong! Straight up RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After an hour and a half, got the pizzas home and they TOTALLY SUCKED! Don't waste your $$ there.

They seriously asked us for another 1.00 for red pepper and parm cheese. The marinara sauce is cold. At least she was polite.

Would like to speak with someone about pricing. I order 2 large pies. Both with 4 ingredients but one was about $19 & the other about $12. Can you tell me why?
