Letties Kitchen

Today was mine and my husbands first time at Lettie’s. We felt immediately welcomed as we walked in the door to pick up our fried chicken dinner (fried chicken, Mac & cheese, coleslaw, biscuits and we added green beans). It’s the rare type of positive energy that is hardly seen anymore. The owner, Tom, packed us up some turkey rice soup to try and it was beyond delicious…Everything we got was!! We will definitely be returning for more and will recommend it to everyone!! Great job Lettie’s!! Wish we had found ya sooner!! Thanks for the amazing food!!

I gave it four stars because it didn't have may side dishes made and it was dinner time early should not be sold out at dinner time. The chicken was really good. I would give it five stars. A little on the pricey side. Call a head to order it takes a while for them to make it. Broccoli salad was excellent who ever makes it knows what they are doing.

We really enjoy the fried chicken and sides from Lettie's! The staff is friendly, down to earth, and helpful. On the weekends it can get pretty busy, and the wait can be 30-60 minutes. The chicken is very juicy, flavorful and crispy. After years living in Texas, I am often pretty critical of fried chicken, but this is delicious. People were raving about the broccoli salad and thought, ok it's broccoli how exciting can it be? But you know what, it's really good! The scalloped corn is deeeelicious, kinda like a corn pudding and cornbread had a baby. I also like their homestyle mac and cheese too! It's more of a take out place, but there are a few tables available.

Lettie's is the real deal. Interestingly, I've never been there to eat but my wife just brought home a take out dinner from there for the third time. Great fried chicken (some of the best) and the sides are just perfect to compliment the meal. Love the mac & cheese and the broccoli salad. I hear the chicken pot pie and chicken & dumplings are awesome as well.

Today was my first time eating at Lettie's Kitchen and let me just tell you that the food was AMAZING. The fried chicken was cooked perfectly. I'm going to go as far as even saying that it's THE BEST CHICKEN I'VE EVER HAD; HANDS DOWN. My family and I wanted to try a little of everything, so we had the macaroni and cheese, green beans, macaroni salad, broccoli salad, pasta salad, and scalloped corn... Yes I know that's a lot but when you taste everything you'll understand why I'm writing this review. Every last dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. COOKED TO PERFECTION. This is our new favorite spot. If you haven't tried their food yet, what are you waiting for. GO EAT!!!
