One of the worst McDonald’s out there with horrible manager and employees that don’t care if they screw up your order or serve you at all. They might as well close this location and replace with something worthy of Hoboken. Bet if you order with the app they will get your order wrong. Place is a disgrace. Also not 24 hrs so don’t get tricked by the website.

Since they renovated it sucks. Should've left it the way it was. And since the renovation there's been more random violence inside. I miss the side entrance. Food also used to taste better. They say it's 24 hours but God forbid you go before 6am and the doors are locked with workers pretending they don't see you and won't let you in. Usually has multiple aggressive panhandlers and transients in front of the entrance. Definitely not what it used to be.

When you walk in, there is the smell of raw sewage. I have a deep voice and spoke very loud and clear to the young man taking my order. He still got the order wrong and this was the second time that it happened. This place needs new management.

This has been my hometown McDonald's for years and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere has changed over the years due to it becoming the home for mostly homeless people. The workers there are always cleaning and trying to keep the place presentable though. I love McDonald's but it's starting to have the appearance of a shelter.

This is the most stupid McDonald I’ve ever seen. I was lining up for ordering food, with two people staying in the line ahead of me. After the only employee took his leisure time preparing food like a sloth, and finished serving the two customers ahead of me, I walked up and started ordering food. Then the McDonald employee told me I need to order food with the help your self machine behind. In the entire time he saw me walked in the store and said nothing, he just watched me and other people waiting in a line, and there were guys who asked me have I ordered food already, which I told them I haven’t — that employee saw and heard everything without telling us anything, and watched us to wait in the line only to be told they don’t take orders over counter. He could’ve told us 5 mins ago. There were no sign or marks saying they don’t take orders over the counter.
