Caramel is quote famous in New York and around. And I am glad that it is. Ben N Jerry is one place where you can get some really nice caramel Ice-Cream. The best part about the Ice-Cream is the Caramel chunks inside which are there in almost every bite. The other flavour - Milk and Cookies is a decent option too

I really like this ban and Jerry's ice cream place. There is a lot of verity and the ice cream is always fresh. There making their own ice cream cone. There is also a frozen yogurt options. The place is small, but it's ok if you only eating your ice cream and go. And also cheap compared to other Ice cream places. We always take one for 2 because it's really big. The big bucket cost 45$ !

Ben & Jerry's in Hoboken is the best! Always friendly people waiting on you and fresh Ice Cream. Prior to the pandemic, I also used the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Truck to go and deliver Ice Cream, Root Beer Floats, and Sundaes to some of my best clients as a way to say, "Thank you for your business!" What a big hit it was, and great way to stay in touch with your clients over the summer. And, what is better on a hot summer day than Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream personally delivered to your door! I look forward to the day we can all do this again. Stay safe.

I ordered an ice cream cake from B&J’s online 6 days before the pick up date. Got a confirmation email. Next day, I spoke on the phone with an employee who confirmed what I wanted and took my CC number. On the day of the cake pick up, I walked into B&J’s at the specified time. The attendant had no clue of my order and said they didn’t have it. I showed him the email confirmation I received and told him I spoke with someone from the store after the email and gave her my CC #. He said the store employees and those who make the cake are separate. I was angry that no one called me or emailed me prior to let me know the cake wasn’t available. The cake was for my brother’s birthday and had I known B&J couldn’t complete the order, I would have made other plans. The attendant gave me a free cake from their stock fridge and said I could pick any size. The cake was not the original flavors nor design I wanted, but I thought the free cake was a nice gesture for their terrible mistake. I will not be ordering cakes from them again and I do not recommend that you do.
