Honestly pretty surprised! I didn't have to high expectations walking in but the food was great! I had hamburger medium rare with onion rings. It was on point! My boyfriend had the captains platter the fish was cooked super fresh not overcooked. The waitress was very attentive… We had raspberry tea not too sweet.

I found this gem a few months back while visiting a client in Hobe Sound. Come and enjoy their friendly service, the camaraderie treat and cool establishment it represent. I even brought my family on a weekend day and they loved it. Their Fish sandwich is superb, tasty and a real good portion, combine with coleslaw and fries its the best! I sat on the bar today and the girls working there were friendly and provided great customer service to us all. I will certainly keep recommending the place as well as will keep coming by when in the area.

I've been going to scooters for ever and hardly ever disappointed but I was disappointed on Friday. Everyone's meal was good except for the chowdah. Being from New England we know chowdah and this one was terrible, my wife could only eat a few bites. The color was that of butterscotch and the taste wasn't far behind. Please if you're going to call chowder, chowdah, make it taste like New England chowdah
