Freshii

Below Average place to eat. Food was fresh but not tasty at all. Only thing I liked in my meal is smoothie. Wrap was just tasteless, falafel tasted extremely bitter not sure what caused it. But according to me spending $23 for a tasteless meal is ridiculous. It’s not worth your money. Customer service was great but food was just not even close regular food.

Jay was very helpful when I went to Freshi on Friday at the mall. It was my first time ever at Freshi and he was kind enough to walk me through the menu and his recommendation of Mediterranean bowl along with green smoothie were super delicious. Will surely come back again with family! Great service.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Arrived nearly an hour before they closed and were all out of most of their key items, such as rice. Then it took 20 minutes to even get the 2 items we ordered. Have enjoyed Freshii every time I've gone but this location missed the mark. Edit: I wrote this while waiting for my food. They replaced the rice in my teriyaki bowl with rice noodles, which i appreciated, until i started to eat and found my noodles half cooked. The noodles were crunchier than the cucumbers in the bowl. So disappointed.

The past few times I went to Freshii in Hinton, the salads were lacking key ingredients. They made smoothies without most of ingredients like yogourt, pineapples and strawberries. I went to Freshii in Hinton since their grande opening and the quality has been going down down down... I used to go to Freshii in Toronto all the time before I moved to Hinton and I know exactly what every menu item is supposed to taste like but this place doesn't even come close. I don't even wanna give them a star tbh. Aren't all franchises supposed to taste the same no matter the location? This place needs to be retrained and refreshiid!!!!!!

I dont usually write review as it can damage small businesses. And like someone said “don’t judge before trial” so here I am giving my honest review based on my 2 visit to this place after trying its amazing food. Small restaurant in one and only mall in town. I visited mall around 11: in morning. Talkative lady over there was making fresh juice so I ordered red color one just to try, turned out it was delicious- you can differentiate beet, carrot, ginger and lemon in it. Truly awesome. For my food order Lady mentioned I could order anything from menu, or make customised item. All item can be changed into whatever I want i.e. bowl to burrito. Tried teriaki twist burrito with chicken, worth to try. I never had such burrito before. Atleast wasn’t expecting from just a fast food restaurant. Due to wonderful experience from day one, went 2nd day as well. I ordered spicy lemon grass soup. Unlike traditional soup this one is different. Spiciness- enough to make my brain exfoliate. Quantity was justifying cost. In summary, back to back good experience.
