Dunkin'

Stopped in with my wife.We do business in the area and stop often. We had two coffees and two donuts as usual. Coffee was unusually strong(tasted old). My wife asked for a small water and the lady filled a sm. glass but before she could give it to her the owner took it, poured it out and told my wife she had to pay $1.00 for a large cup. They can keep their water, bad coffee and lousy attitude. Could say more but won't.

I was addicted to this place due to convenient location. Came daily. Then one day someone took my coffee I pre-ordered, and they would not replace it. Wanted me to pay another $3. I did the math- I spent over $1200 a year in this place and you can't replace a coffee (Im sure it was a mix up)?? They said no. They lost my business I will never go back.

Just ordered here for the first time, the no drive thru should have been a sign. Their location is disgustingly dirty and no employee wears a mask or gloves. They took 4 orders before getting my coffee out, and when I asked for ONE DONUT the lady (Krishna) smacked herself on the forehead and said “no, you get 2”. I politely said “haha, no thank you, I only need one” and then she gave me 2 and CHARGED ME FOR 2! I shook it off, thinking, oh it’s a dollar. But the donuts prices were increased?? I wish I would have asked for the return on something I didn’t even order. The other lady was training someone and had a very similar demeanor. Such rude people. Such an ugly location. Never been here before this visit and I’ll never come back.
