Panera Bread

The Illinois Tollway Hinsdale Oasis is simply a wonderful place and its even better with the new Panera Bread addition! I usually never review a chain but Panera gets some love here! The staff and management were really courteous and accommodating! I simply made a mistake with my order in regard to a personal food allergy. They replaced my order no questions asked, and were very happy about it. If traveling north or south on Interstate 294 its a breeze to get to and a nice place to 'people watch' (some of the best in the country) Thanks Panera Bread for going the extra mile!

They seem to believe that just because they close in 15 minutes they can give you bad service and you’ll pay for it regardless. I ordered a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup and they gave it to me in some bag, I’m assuming because they were closing soon. The bread was hard, I could tell from one touch, and the soup was in a container. I simply asked for my money back and the little girl got her manager and proceeded to tell all her other little friends what had happened because they kept looking at me from the kitchen. The manager then comes out and tries to help me by taking one of my food items that I did not want to return ,not listening to me. Like don’t take my food that I want to keep and have already paid for . Only take the food that I am returning and did not touch. He also had an attitude because I gave him the wrong receipt that was also from Panera and said that this is not even the right receipt, I gave him the correct receipt and got my refund. I can see why his associates were so rude because he was as well. Never coming back here again. Also, never spend your money if you are not happy with the service or the food.

Very comforting and a warm place to wind down after 6pm. My mac-n-cheese with bacon was delicious and their chocolate chip cookies were delicious as well. I normally get the tomato bread bowl but tonight I opted for a slightly more robust meal...With three pieces of bread. Omgoodnees their bread is flawless. Anyway, eat here

I stop by this panera a couple times a week on my way home from work and let me tell you this Panera is mad tight. I've been to some that are whack as heck and can never get my order right. All I want is my broccoli cheddar poured into my Cesar salad with tuna and extra extra dressing, and after I order some panera cashiers stare at me like I just ran over their dog! Like how hard is that to understand?!? Well these guys whip it up to perfection every time with no questions and a smile. I'd love to see cheeseburgers come to the menu because sometimes I really want one of those after work. I could go to the McDonald's for a number 2 with half coke, half diet coke, but this Panera location is so great I keep coming back for my You Pick Two soup and salad combo. I also one time got to pet a dog on my way back to my car and he wasn't too friendly so I got bit but that's not the Panera's fault (:
