Ordered online. Once we got home noticed their was no Queso Blanco with our chips. We were really looking forward to trying it as we always get guac with our chips. Our order was small so idk how it wasn't in our bag. We didn't go back because we live 15-20 minutes away. Don't the employees check the bags before putting on the shelf as completed for pickup? It shouldn't be up to the customer to check the bag for correct items paid for.

First time eating here. Foods is good, but the restaurant was a mess. Fountain drinks were empty, trash barrels were over full and every table was dirty, inside and outside. There was no line for service, so cannot blame being super busy, not that that would be an excuse. We were there on Friday night for about an hour, we saw employees taking breaks but no one cleaning anything or filling anything. I hear all good things about Chipotle, but this was disgraceful. Wish I had taken pics, but I didn't.

Food is good but they give you low portions and if you ask for a little extra they tell you it will charge you. It is not worth spending $12. If you order in store and ask for bag they just hand the bag to you and have you bag it yourself. If I’m paying $12 for low portions and ask for a bag, please just bag it or lower your prices

Our bowls were dirty and i asked for new bowls as he put the rice in (because i assumed he would change the bowl without me saying anything) so he took the rice and literally dumped it into the metal bin of rice. There was food all over the counter and there was not a care in the world when it came to scooping in. So much cross contamination between the food which is a serious problem when it comes to dietary restrictions and allergies. I will not be going back to this chipotle again until there is new staff and/or management because it was absolutely unbelievably disgusting and they didn’t have a care in the world about it.

Look, it's a Chipotle. You know what you're getting. However, the staff is a bit slow and the register woman is not made for customer interactions. Maybe not being responsible for money or talking to people would be a good idea too.
Update: it's been a few months and it seems to actually be going downhill. Just a mess behind the counters. A mess.

Eight people "working" And I still had to wait for the poor one guy who was doing all the work for everyone else. That's why it saves a star from one star. The cashier was probably the worst I've ever seen. She didn't engage, treated the two customers that were in the store like we were an annoyance getting in the way of her social time. She was more concerned about gabbing with her coworkers, AND wore her mask incorrectly, COVID has been going on for 2 years. How challenging is this? With cases on the rise, figure out how to pull the mask up over your face and stop being lazy. Inconsiderate person endangering everyone else. She rang me up and didn't offer me receipt, didn't acknowledge the transaction was complete, just went back to her friend's chit-chatting away with her mask half down over her chin. I had to grab my own food and pack it into a bag myself because she just walked away, I had to grab my own receipt because she just walked away, what is wrong with people?
Not okay. And if a manager reads this and I hope a manager does read this, to be completely Fair two of the eight people besides the guy that helped me, were cleaning the stations. Which it really needed because generally the entire scene was sloppy and far below the standard I've seen in other Chipotles.

I am in town on business and Chipotle is always one of my go-to places. Don’t let these low reviews stop you. Delicious. Fast, and portions were perfect. Best fajita veggies I’ve had in a while actually. I think you should just keep doing what you’re doing. ✌🏻❤️🌯

Gross. Trash was overflowing. Our agua fresco drinks smelled of old rags, not sure if the ice machine or drink foundation needs to be deep cleaned. All the tables and the back prep counters were dirty. Ordered a quesadilla and they didn't melt the cheese, just shrugged until I asked them to do it correctly. What happened to Chipotle?!
