I went to McDonald's this morning for breakfast. I got there about 9:40 which I know is a busy time. I took my place in the line just about at the road. I expected a long wait and boy I wasn't disappointed. I got to the kiosk to order at 10:15. I ordered my food after waiting about 5 minutes then pulled up paid and went to second window. Lady came and told me to pull around to the roundabout. I told her no because the line to the drive thru was still out to the road and I would have gotten hot food then sit and wait again. She told me to pull to parking space which I did. I waited another 10 minutes. When the lady came out she had several bags so I wanted to make sure my order was right and I asked here if I had if this was a big breakfast a chicken biscuit and a cheese biscuit and 3 hash browns she just looked at me and said your receipt is on the bag. Big surprise order wasn't right. This McDonald's is horrible 2 yrs ago it wasn't like this but now you have a bunch of no caring no customer service people working here. Just shameful. People if you don't like your jobs go work somewhere else. Owners why are you not paying attention to your reviews. I guess you don't care either. I am done with this location. I hate that I can't give this location a zero cause that's what it deseves

Food was served quickly, indoor dining you need to order your own food on the touch screen. No one taking orders inside

We were not greeted as we entered. They took a very long time considering we were the only lobby customers and the food did not taste too good

As a national chain, McDonald's has always (in my experience) delivered a clean, bright, and convenient eatery. The food is relatively consistent, and the service always fast. This location is no different.

Love their lattes. The nuggets are good too, but I always get a latte.
