Today I visited Hilton Head Island and of course how not to go to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich, they are really good, I was amazed, the service is very good, there was only one guy and he was very friendly even though he was alone with so many orders, good job my congratulations for good work and good attention
Good food, but not enough of it. I ordered a Giant sub and only got half. Yes, I enunciated the word Giant very clearly and loudly as well. Just be sure yousee what they're making you never assume they heard right. I ended up going half hungry.
Typical sub shop, the food was great, staff a little unfriendly. Maybe it's a true Jersey thing, I not used to being talked down to.. Never would allow it from my staff, it was a holiday weekend. They were really nit that busy.
What you guys call and original Italian sub is actually called a spicy Italian. The guy making the subs was a little snippy. But all around not that bad. I'll be coming here in the future. I would recommend to a friend.
Quite busy location on a Sunday for lunch but regardless did a great job preparing subs. Site very clean and staff polite. We had two toddlers and they had high chairs for both.
Food is always delicious. It's very difficult to find good help these days one brunette young lady is kinda rude but everyone else is kind.
My husband and I go to this location frequently.. The manager (the tall one with dark hair and glasses) and the female manager are always friendly, professional, our food is always good and fresh. They speak when you walk in and it's always clean. I recently moved to Beaufort from HHI and still drive to this specific location because I know they get it right everytime. Which is rare in food industry in this county.. keep up the good work guys!!!!!
A solid dining experience. Stopped in after a day of flights and a late afternoon round of golf. Place was busy when I walked in so I was hesitant and thought about turning around. The two ladies were pleasant, fast and provided a nice sized sandwich while singing. Good staff in the eve on 8/27. I will go back during my stay in town.
Everyone that pleases gets four stars. An for a chain sandwich place these guys beat out the rest. The national chain across the hwy will be out of the job soon. So the new staff need a little direction an reminders but the seasoned employees have got it under control. Superior ingredients make this the place to go. The number of employees helps keep things running smoothly too. Even the gluten free bread aint bad an that's a hard substitute to find. Pricing is exactly like competition so do yourself a favor an make the switch from the weirdo Jared brand an hit up Jersey Mike's. They truly are a cut above
Never eaten here before, but was pleasantly surprised. Husband really liked his sub and I really enjoyed my salad. Very clean and guys working were fun and gave good suggestions. Would definitely eat here again.
This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. The food was great, the guys working there were awesome and very entertaining. Overall a great experience.

I use the app to order. My sandwich is ready when I arrive I'm able to walk in pick up my drinks my chips and my sandwich and walk out. And the sandwiches are still real good.
