Holy cow - possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life! Warning, they are HUGE, but so yummy you'll want to eat the whole thing! The fruit side is above average, and the pastry I got for "dessert" was also amazing. The flakiest, best dough you've ever had. You can tell they don't cut corners!
When you walk in, there's a bar area and a small dining area towards the back, as well as some deck seating outside. If you like carbs, this is the place where you'll die and go to heaven.
They also sell loaves of bread, like sourdough, wheat and rye, so it's not all sweet pastries. Loaves of bread are $10 each.

Our favorite locals spot on Hilton Head Island. We have been buying bread & muffins from them for years and often grabbed lunch to go from their original location. We are so excited that they have moved into a larger space, added a bar and now have a full menu. The food is fantastic-best salads anywhere & very large (love this). Sandwiches are excellent & we love the atmosphere. If you are visiting the island, don’t miss this place!

Wonderful bakery-worth the distance to get such delicious, flakey pastry. The cinnamon roll is my favorite so far. The sugar in it caramelized and the layers were somehow crunchy yet tender!

We sat outside with our dog and they went outside to said "hello" and gave water to him.

We have been to the Sprout Momma twice during our stay in Hilton Head and have loved it! We have gotten the loaded fries and a salad. The prices are on the high side, but the portions are huge!!! I would suggest splitting a sandwich or be prepared for leftovers. Super friendly staff and amazing food!

Absolutely love this restaurant! Such a beautiful space and has the best sandwiches. We had the veggie and the Reuben and it was so good. Jess, Bre and the blonde bartender were amazing and made us feel special. Will definitely be back again.

Outstanding food and baked goods! The house made potato chips pair excellently with a nice cold draft beer. Great outside area and plenty of room inside with a good bar with a few TVs. Awesome place to stop by while out on a bike ride or happy hour somewhere that isn't the rowdy triangle. Good sized portions and selection! Will be a regular!

We have gone to Signe's for lunch for years and had Sprout Momma baked goods at farmer's markets and restaurants for years. Noticed the balloons on Monday and went in for an appetizer. Returned Wednesday for a salad for lunch and tonight for pizza. All excellent. Food outstanding, nice vibe and great people.

Really really good food. If you are looking for homemade bread made with love this is your place. They offer daily sand which’s in the store. Stop in for a quick bite or take a loaf of heaven to go.

We bought 3 loaves this week from Sprout Momma's: A Cranberry/Nut Bread, a Rye Bread, and a Multigrain Loaf - all three EXCELLENT! Bread with substance and great flavor! I'd buy all our bread there if I still lived on HHI! Delicious!

I stopped into Sprout Mamas Breads last week . The Sour Doe Bread was best I've ever had. Soft inside with perfect outside. My sister used to send loaves back from San Fran and Sprout Mammas Breads blew there's AWAY!
