Low country Produce is a combination of store and restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious Breakfast starting with homemade Glazed Donuts, made to order, and delicious coffee. I had Blueberry Pancakes and sausage, my husband had the Breakfast Burrito of the day. Portions are generous. Well worth a visit.

This is both a restaurant and a store with lots of cute home goods. I had the salmon BLT sandwich and it was wonderful! Our server was very friendly and there were several regulars there, so you know it's a good place to eat.

LPM is a great choice for that large latte with an incredible breakfast. Traveler’s breakfast for me, french toast for my wife. Shop around for chow chow, gispacho or other snacks for the afternoon. Closes at 2:30. all within the Sea Pines gate so ride your bike if that suits you

Definitely one of the best places to eat in sea pines. I have eaten here 20+ times and it never disappoints. Brunch is a must. The merchandise inside is fun to browse too. You can grab a coffee / pastry at the counter or sit down and order.
Easily one of the best brunch spots on the island in my opinion. I had the feta and veggie omelette with skillet potatoes and sourdough bread. I also had an iced mocha which was delicious. Wonderful service from start to finish. Refreshingly different atmosphere.
Absolutely delicious food especially the omelettes! The drinks especially the dirty chai were great. Nice outdoor seating area … so we could bring our pup with us to breakfast.
