Ordered carry out - easy to do. You pick up at the inside bar. Fish tacos were just OK. Can get fries or pasta/potato salad and or coleslaw. Wings were big and delicious.

My family of 6 enjoyed the food and amazing customer service at Reilley’s Bar and Grill. Chelsea S. was our server as she did an amazing job. Chelsea was attentive, pleasant and always ready to help. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner at the end of our meal. He asked how was everything. If you’re looking a nice environment with great food and affordable meals for everyone definitely make your reservations here.

We went for an early dinner here. This was our 1st visit to Reilley's and it was a pleasant experience. We got seated immediately and the service was efficient and friendly. The "Fish & Chips" was good and the "Seafood Trio" was fantastic. Compared to other restaurants we visited, the prices have been very reasonable. Overall a great dinner.

We drove past Reilley’s for the first time and noticed how busy it was and decided to find out why. Fun atmosphere, delicious food and good service. That’s why. One of the few restaurants I’ve been to lately that seemed more than adequately staffed. Good Friday night Prime Rib special. A little loud but that’s because so many people were enjoying themselves. A very popular place.

Corina has amazing customer service. She listened to our requests without getting frustrated because we kept changing/substituting what came on the plate. She wasn't overbearing and did everything with a smile. The food was decent and I am sure it would have been better if we hadn't changed how the plates originally changed.

The staff was the friendliest on the island! I have a severe allergy and our server, Chase, not only checked with the kitchen, but called his boss who was offsite to verify the ingredient was not in the dish I wanted.
The catch of the day was beautifully layered with flavor and the presentation was just gorgeous! I’ll definitely be making this place a habit on the island.

We sat outside to watch our beloved Phillies. The food was great as I had the blackened blue burger that was delicious. The service was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. We can see why this is such a popular stop. Enjoy it!

Went to Reilly's for lunch with the wife, daughter, and three young grandsons and we were all happy campers as well left like always. I had the fish and chips and both were fried to perfection and seasoned properly. Wife satisfied her Reilly's chicken pot pie addiction with two thumbs up and daughter chicken tasso pasta and devoured it like a champ.
We came back later in the week for dinner with our other daughter and son, and our dinner was stellar as always. I had my favorite - coffee rubbed ribeye, my son had a NY strip, we shared a tuna appetizer, and my wife had her chicken pot pie and my daughter had their crispy fish and chips. We never hit the island without making a stop at Reilly’s!

Amazing experience at Reilley's! We came because it was a sports bar and we wanted to watch some hockey. They turned on the MN Wild for us and served us food you would never get at a sports bar. The tenderloin and chicken cordon Bleu were outstanding. Portions were very generous and the staff is absolutely fantastic. THANK YOU DANI! We only come to Hilton Head every few years, but we'll come back to Reilley's every time. We devoured everything, but remembered to take a photo halfway through the delicious leprechaun pie!

Went to Reilley’s for happy hour on three occasions during recent visit to Hilton Head. ( happy hour prices only apply at bar and high top tables). Highly recommend the cheeseburger sliders.
Place is noisy but it is a sports bar. So if you want a quiet place for dinner, this isn’t it. Service was good.

Reilley's has the best happy hour in HH. It is our favorite place to eat and drink when visiting. The fish tacos are the best! Tried the salmon for the first time this year and will definitely be adding it into the annual rotation. Service is always great!

Had the seafood trio and it was all delicious! Service was fast, server was polite and attentive. If I was to criticize anything, it would be the risotto doneness as there were some grains of rice not quite done. It was still very tasty.

This is a restaurant with character. Not a run of the mill americano beach restaurant. The fish tacos were a solid slab of perfectly cooked blackened cod.
Our waitress kept the drinks topped off, she checked on us multiple times but not in an annoying way.
Highly recommend Reilley’s.
