I don't usually do reviews but I can't say enough about this place! It combines my two favorite things, burritos and coffee In one place. We ended visiting three times during our stay : two breakfasts and a lunch. I loved the attention to using fresh and local ingredients even the coffee. The chorizo was excellent too. Def be back when we come again.

My wife author of ( Mile High On A Millionaire) and I enjoy stopping in this friendly place that has regular locals and island visitors mingling as the seating is such where everyone often ends up setting with strangers. Great conversation for everyone. The food is fast , hot and very tasty with many options. We will be back soon with friends. Thanks

I haven’t even left and I’m already writing my review. Anyone that’s compared Java to Chipotle is doing it this business an injustice. The two don’t belong in the same sentence. I’m a super picky eater and I already can’t wait to come back. The burritos are HUGE and DELICIOUS! The coffee is perfect. We stopped in for brunch and this will definitely be a place we come every time we visit Hilton Head! Highly recommend!

Awesome lunch spot!! We love the chain Chipotle, but this was sooo much better. Similar, but local food sources only, and excellent coffees and teas! We will be going back for sure.

Great food! Thankful for the options with no cilantro since I have ‘bad chemistry’ with that plant. Great service! All smiles and helpfulness. Only recommendation would be for the lettuce to be cut into more manageable pieces. Let us know how to get one in Virginia Beach!

This place is an awesome hole in the wall little concept tucked inside a strip mall. It’s very unique with their specialty coffee and fast casual Mexican food. The salsas were amazing. The pineapple and mango salsa were game changers. They slapped hard, like real hard. Like a shark flying in a Cat 5 hurricane hitting you in the face. That good. Added a hint of freshness and sweetness that my tacos needed. Tacos were on point to begin with but the salsas took them to the next level. We didn’t try any of the coffee as it was late afternoon but their selection looked awesome. Only knock was the cookie was a bit dry but great little shop and outstanding value for the price.

Great place to go for coffee and breakfast when visiting HHI. Not your typical breakfast restaurant and they offer a great selection of coffees etc. along with some really good breakfast options that are all fresh and made to order. The bowls, burritos, and breakfast sandwiches were all good especially paired with your favorite coffee drink. There is a lot of seating both inside and outside. Need to check them out. You won’t be disappointed. They also have a lot of good options for lunch or just to come and enjoy a drink.

Chipotle style but fresher ingredients and few more options. Plan to go during an unusual mealtime. Or be prepared to wait, although the line moves rapidly and is well worth the wait. If you want to drink something while you wait, have someone hold your seat and walk inside to the bar (separate line and check out), grab your margaritas(must try), and make the wait a little more festive. We've tasted everything they've got, and it's all fantastic! Quick and easy. This is an excellent low-cost dining option in hilton head island. There is no table service. You place your order, then take a seat, and the food is brought to you. So tasty!

I ordered the burrito bowl with grilled steak and it was absolutely delicious. I also had an iced latte and it was spot on. I love the restaurant concept. It does get extremely busy at times. Come early.

Fun atmosphere with lively pop music as soon as you walk in. Modern and cozy decor and lighting. There were about 10 people in line in front of us, but the line moved very quickly and only took about 5 minutes to place our order. We did not really know how to order or where to go at first, but we just followed along. It is setup like a Chipotle/Moe's where you choose what you want to add as you go along the line. Coffee and drinks are ordered at the end of the line. They have hot and iced coffee, cold brew, espresso, etc. Hubby ordered 3 breakfast tacos and a large caramel iced coffee. He said the tacos were good just a bit bland but he also likes his food very spicy. He had flour tortillas with egg, chicken, black beans, peppers, shredded cheese, etc. in his tacos. They had tons of add-ins like salsa, sausage, queso, breakfast potatoes The tacos were huge and filled to the max and he could not finish the 3rd because of the amount of food. He is an eater so that doesn't happen often. Would recommend 2 tacos for most people and 1 taco for kids. Hubby did not like the caramel flavor in his iced coffee as he said it tasted too fake, so maybe skip the flavorings. Our son and I split the french toast minus the chutney (2 slices of bread cut in half) and got a side of bacon. The french toast was good and fresh. Came with dusting of powdered sugar and side of maple syrup. Just was not a large portion of french toast for $10. My son ate all of his french toast and he is a very picky eater. The bacon was $1 per piece and the pieces were huge and thick. Good taste and reasonable price for the size of bacon. I ordered an iced mocha and it was good and had a subtle mocha taste and was not overly sweet. Not a strong espresso flavor, more like chocolate milk, but still enjoyable. The coffee was very reasonably priced. My mocha was just a little over $5 for a large which is a steal compared to a chain and to some of the other local breakfast joints. The coffees were picked up at the side counter and the french toast was brought to our table about 5 minutes after we paid for our order. We sat outside as there are only about 10 small tables inside. It was nice and clean inside and outside. Quick service and friendly staff. Would definitely go back and try again next time were on HHI.

This place was great! We split a breakfast burrito and got some iced coffee. Both were excellent. We normally aren't big morning eaters so splitting a burrito was the perfect amount without leaving us stuffed.

I'm so glad that I finally got to try this place! The staff was SO friendly and service was really quick. They have a ton of great options. My meal was great, but I wish the grilled chicken had some more flavor. I will definitely be back though! So excited to have found a new staple lunch place on the island.

Exactly what you’d think an organic, local burrito spot would be. Very clean, fresh ingredients, friendly staff and unique/enjoyable seating areas. Line was about 25 minutes long on Black Friday, but worth the wait. Prices were very reasonable, highly recommend.
