Food is always consistent here the drive thru is always busy but inside is the best it has been always fast service so inside I would give it a 5 stars the drive thru 3 stars cause its always congestion with cars actually their location at puainako same problem but worth the wait cause food consiste
Food was fresh and good for a McDonald’s. Good stop from rainbow falls. No soap in restrooms or hand sanitizer anywhere. This is in a not so safe area of Hilo, at least to us.

This may sound crazy, but if you are in Hawaii and haven't tried McDonald's spam, egg and rice breakfast you are missing out! It's one of those treats we have to do at least once when we come here and we're never disappointed. Go for it!

I would highly recommend downloading the mc d app. Order before you go... they'll have your meal ready when you arrive, when you pull up they'll ask you for your app order number! Or park in the order pick up area and they'll brin% your meal!

The ladies at McDonalds in Downtown Hilo are great. been trying out mobile ordering for the last few weeks and it's been an excellent experience. Always quick with a perfect custom order everytime!
Good place for a quick meal.
We've been twice in the last couple of days and our order has come out accurately and quickly which is really all you can ask for.
