Pineapple's Island Fresh Cuisine - Hilo - Photo album

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat after the farmers market. Found through simple google search. The place itself is pretty unassuming and plain looking with very basic furniture. The food however was very very good. The poke bowl is incredible. The pineapple steak dish was very good albeit a bit
Great restaurant. A whole separate menu for dietary restrictions - gluten-free and vegan, and a kids menu. The pineapple drink was super super good - also super necessary because the kabocha red curry was really spicy, even for someone who can handle some spice. The dynamite fish bowl was the agreed
I had an early dinner here with five people yesterday. We showed up and were seated immediately. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and was pleasant. The food was decent and served quickly. I had the pineapple burger and it was tasty, even if it was a little messy. Sandy took great c
Very delightful spot in Hilo with an amazing positive vibe in the air. Gentle breeze and soft music and beautiful chatter of people having a great time. Food is incredible, and very decorative. The drinks were fantastic with an artistic twist. Beautiful place in downtown to visit. Not just a tourist

We made it in time for Happy Hour, 3 pm to 5 pm. It was half off drinks and some food items. We tried the coconut shrimp, pork sliders, fish tacos, onion rings and Mai Tai. Everything was good but lacked the spark to make it awesome.
The food was really good here when we went. Definitely get the Hilo Plate if you don’t know what to try. It has a great variety of food on it. The pulled pork and mango slaw was my favorite. My wife got fish and chips. They were a little dry but the fish was super fresh and tasted great. We were t
What a wonderful, all-around, experience. The restaurant is open and lively. The food is fresh and flavorful. I loved that everything we ordered had fresh coleslaw (not pre-packaged or full of mayonnaise). The server was thorough and attentive. The menu is creative. They do not take reservatio
