Beautiful Hawaiian open air cafe.. food was amazing, service impeccable and drinks were delicious. Don't skip dessert! We spent a lot but that included drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert. Prices were quite reasonable.

First time to Hilo, and to Pineapples Island Fresh. What a great atmosphere and food! They did have a separate Gluten Free "friendly" menu so yay for me. We arrived for Sunday evening dinner and it was packed the whole time. Definitely recommend!!
We made it in time for Happy Hour, 3 pm to 5 pm. It was half off drinks and some food items. We tried the coconut shrimp, pork sliders, fish tacos, onion rings and Mai Tai. Everything was good but lacked the spark to make it awesome.
The food was really good here when we went. Definitely get the Hilo Plate if you don’t know what to try. It has a great variety of food on it. The pulled pork and mango slaw was my favorite.
