First time here and it was delicious! The only thing I didn't like was the coleslaw, everybody has their own taste buds it's just didn't do it for me. However, you get a great amount of food for reasonable pieces.
Went to take my wife out for quick birthday dinner in Hillsborough, NC. Nothing appeared to be open, but we saw on Google Big Bob’s City Grill and decided to give it a try. All I can say is Big Bob’s didn’t let us down. Here is a few pictures from our order and the food tasted, much better than we could have imagined.
Definitely going to be back again and would highly recommend.

This was by far one of the most surprising, off main, extravaganzas. Though you may not be impressed by the building and décor, you will have your socks knocked off by the exquisite fare. I have never had a ribeye sandwich in which the ribeye was an actual steak. I'm not talking about a shaved ribeye, or those cafeteria steaks. I'm talking a good 1/2" cut ribeye. Cooked exactly as I had asked, med-rare, with generous toppings and plenty of onion rings. Succulent and tender with sautéed onions. I am not one for eating the same thing twice at a restaurant, but I want another one.
Now if you are more partial to the ground -cow type sandwich, the bacon cheese burger is phenomenal. When my wife opened the box, she wondered what two people she was supposed to share it with. It's like, "I see the meat, where's the bun?" This is a hand-formed meat patty with plenty of toppings in proportion to the meat supplied.
Highly, Highly, Highly recommend. Looking forward to more.
Look I eat here all the time they never made a mistake with my order all of the 14+ years I been eating there, I called and they forgot my mushrooms they was they told me to comeback and they sauteed them fresh the best customer service in the world and good food I love them guys share this to everyone the best food in Hillsborough and if you got a little stomach be ware they don't give out kids meals even the kids menu is a nice portion 😍😍😍
The food was really good. My guys got the Philly cheese steak, it was messy, but delicious. I had the pulled pork BBQ, the flavor was really good, it had great smoke flavor and the crispy ends bits that come from low and slow smoking. Definitely going to keep this little gem in our rotation.
So far I've only gotten a chef salad and a pork chop plate and it was good. I couldn't eat it all, but it was very good however my co-workers didn't agree. One person ordered a side of shrimp she said, "it was under cooked and No Seasoning" the other person ordered a BBQ plate and said, "it tasted like the just threw BBQ sauce on top of it and it was to finely chopped." Let's not get on the glory greens...SMH...WOW

Last night was the first time we had eaten there. I got the smothered pork chops with cabbage and pintos and my husband got the hamburger steak with turnip greens and cabbage. The meat on both plates were great but the cabbage was too peppery, the pintos had good flavor but they were mushy and the turnip greens needed more seasoning. We will be back for the sandwiches and to try the other veggies.
