Outdoor ambience alone deserves 5 star. We ordered few slices of pizza, wrap and chicken Alfredo on spaghetti. Be aware their quantity, it’s huge. The lady who served was very kind. All that cost only 65 bucks.
Two huge slices for $7 cash? Amazingly tasty and quick. Very friendly staff. Keep me outta here, my diet is screwed!

Wonderful hot pizza after a walk on the beach, among the best I've had in a while. We tried a custom dine-in large one half with hot honey, jalapeno, basil and other half with garlic, ricotta and eggplant and both were a blast! Would highly recommend this place <3
Got carryout here and it was so good and the menu so deep for an inexpensive Italian pizza place that we decided right away to eat here again the next night. Great sauce, cheese, traditional crust. I LOVE FRANNYS AHHHHH! Their fettuccini alfredo just hits on all levels. Our family orders here at least once a month but I would eat here everyday if I could. The service is always friendly and fast. This is my go-to for Italian comfort food!

After arriving in the Highlands via the Seastreak Ferry, I picked up two Granny-Style pizzas (par-baked and not sliced) and brought them down to our beach house in Cape May. They were a huge hit!! Ate here while visiting my family and not only was the food excellent but everyone had a great time! There is indoor and outdoor seating during the summer so you can find the best spot. Their vegan pizza options are fantastic, and the regular pizza is just as great!
Delicious pizza that's nice and hot! Meatballs are pretty good too, very dense. Family run place, nothing fancy inside, but it's a comfortable spot after a day on the beach.

Recently moved to the area and stumbled upon Franny's. It's a small cute pizzeria with friendly staff. The pizza itself was very good. If I had to rate it like barstool rating 8.2.
